We went in the pontoon where you can bring your own food/drinks. It was a perfect day and we were able to go on a tour with this company. We enjoyed speaking to the owner because she had been in the area so long and really gave us a tour of the area on the water and she let us know more about things on land that we didn't really know. They also have music on board and you can choose to hook up to your Bluetooth and listen to your own music if you like. We had a great time with our kids. You get to motor around the Kemah, Seabrook area while helping out if you like by pedaling (like a bicycle) to turn a paddle wheel. No worries, if you don't want to pedal, the boat can easily go on its own with the motor. You get to see lots of dream homes while playing your own music and drinking your own beverages. They even stop at waterside bars, restaurants and convenience stores for you to get out, stretch your legs and reload on those beverages if you didn't bring enough. Unfortunately, the experience we expected from this boat tour did not occur…read more Our tour was scheduled to depart at 3:00 PM; however, our captain and tour guide arrived late, which is documented through text messages. In addition, severe weather conditions developed, including heavy rain, thunderstorms, and lightning. Due to these unsafe conditions, we did not feel comfortable proceeding with the tour and communicated our concerns to both crew member Alexia and Captain Jason. Alexia stated that they do not typically operate the barge in weather conditions such as these. She also contacted her manager, Conner, who initially offered us the option to reschedule for a later time or another day. We explained that this was not a reasonable solution, as we were visiting Houston from out of state and would not be able to return at a later date. After spending approximately an hour and a half discussing the situation and expressing our safety concerns, Manager Conner ultimately provided us with a gift card instead of issuing a refund. Throughout these discussions, certain statements regarding a refund were made and later retracted. Because we do not live in Houston and are unlikely to return in the foreseeable future, the gift card holds no value to us. We are respectfully requesting a full refund to the original payment method for a service that we were unable to use due to unsafe weather conditions. We believe this is a fair and reasonable resolution, particularly because rescheduling was not a practical option for out-of-state visitors. Additionally, we have substantial evidence documenting the events that occurred, including communications regarding the delay, the hour and a half spent attempting to resolve the matter during what was intended to be a celebration for a bride-to-be, and evidence showing that staff members viewed and interacted with our social media accounts following this incident in a manner that we believe was inappropriate and concerning. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to receiving confirmation that a full refund has been issued to the original payment method.

My cousin had her bachelorette/ bachelor party on board one of their party boats. We came in from dfw & were running 7 minutes late (according to the GPS) my cousin had told us the boat would leave at 2pm with or without us. The captain held the boat for us. The boat goes plenty slow enough that you don't get motion sickness (because I get it bad) which was good because the alcohol was flowing. They did have bartenders serving us drinks & they were all so very nice. Whatever music we wanted was played over the speaker system & everyone had a good time just don't rock the boat!
