    It has been very frustrating dealing with this company. I purchased a part for my Viking range hood…read moreback in January, and because it was on backorder, the repair process has dragged on for almost four months. Unfortunately, communication throughout this experience has been very unclear. At one point, I was told the range hood would need to be repaired outside of the countertop area to avoid damaging the quartz counters during reinstallation. I repeatedly called to check on the status of the parts, only to later learn that one of the parts had actually been lost in the office and needed to be reordered, creating even more delays. On the morning of the scheduled service appointment (between 8:30-10:30 AM), the technician called and asked whether the hood had already been uninstalled. This was surprising because based on previous conversations with customer service, I believed the issue was reinstalling it safely, not removing it. I had already arranged for someone to help reinstall it because I understood they could not handle that portion due to insurance restrictions. It seems there are many aspects of the repair they will not handle, which means I now have to pay separately for someone to uninstall and reinstall the hood. At this point, I'm questioning what level of service I'm actually receiving beyond reconnecting the motherboard and components. I believe there are companies with more comprehensive service capabilities that could manage the entire project from start to finish. They are supposed to return once I coordinate timing with my handyman. I have voiced my concerns and hope this situation will finally be resolved soon. I will update my review once everything is completed.

When the technician came to my house…read morethe first time he order the replacement parts which only took three days to arrive, I call them to let them know I had received the parts and they sent the technician back, After the technician came to replace the parts the refrigerator didn't work, he told me it was the manufacturer fault because they had sent him the wrong parts, he said he was going to order the right parts to come back which he never did, they completely forgot about me and never called me to give me any updates I had to keep calling to ask for updates and every time I call them they said someone was going to call me back with updates and no body ever call me, after a month without refrigerator I ask them for a refund they told me someone was going to call me for a resolution which they never did, I had to call them several Times and then they agreed to give me a refund but they keep the service fee which was unfair because the technician had no Idea what the problem was, It was a nightmare never call them again.

I had the pleasure of walking into this store to compare prices and availability to the other stores and was impressed from the time the young lady came up to me until the delivery guys left a few days later! The entire experience was amazingly enjoyable! And affordable too! I'm 70 years old and have purchased my share of appliances and experienced my share of screw-ups. So I had been postponing the purchase of a new stove and refrigerator out of dread. All I can say is, "Thank you for the ENJOYABLE experience!"

Evan and David were very helpful after the mess that I dealt with through customer service. They are the only reason it's not only a 1 star review. BUT- the customer service and this company as a whole has been beyond disappointing. I bought a washer and dryer set, it was delivered quickly, but the washer had a large dent and the dryer connectors on the back were faulty. It took 3 weeks (and the managers from the Orange City location personally emailing the delivery managers and the district manager) to finally get the dryer replaced (still never got the washer handled but at this point I'm okay with the dent cause I'm tired of dealing with the customer service team). I would call customer service almost everyday asking for updates, and get transferred to the delivery team, then transferred to the installation team then transferred back to the main customer service line, and on and on and on. Nobody would give me any true answers on when I would receive my replacement. I was told contradicting answers between each person- one said I'd get a call from the delivery team in 24-48 hours, the next day I was told that it takes them 3-5 days to review the case and call me. I was told my case was in review, then the next day they told me that the case was "mysteriously closed" and they reopened it for me so it could be reviewed and resolved. Finally, I went into the store location (I hadn't done that yet cause I figured they only handled the sales and didn't have any control over customer service) and they reached out to the higher ups that they knew and even offered me their personal sales model (they usually can't do that but they were truly trying to keep me as a happy customer). I do appreciate the 2 managers and the other employees who helped me (I know there were a few and I don't quite remember other names), but this company as a whole seems very shady and unorganized. I'm happy my issue is now resolved, but I still would not recommend them to anyone!
