After visiting a number of furniture stores and shopping online I decided to stop in here and see…read morewhat was displayed on the floor and check out the July 4th sale prices. I will say although I didn't find the pieces I was looking for exactly this is a beautiful showroom filled with quality furniture which is priced competitively. By the time I arrived here my thinking had changed I started my search looking for two recliners which evolved into also purchasing a love seat and sofa, all the pieces matching doesn't mean as much to me but I may not have the final say on home furnishings, okay I am only the negotiator and likely the one that will provide the funds. The staff here this Sunday afternoon was sparse but very friendly and was able to answered all our questions - they didn't get the sale today but I definitely will return here when I'm looking for home furnishings or uhm lawn equipment or maybe a grill or smoker...

He made multiple apps to come back and missed them. When he finally came back it was the wrong part. We ended up calling Samsung and got the fridge fixed in no time. Ronnie refunded HALF the cost of the part after AT LEAST 5 requests starting over a month ago and is refusing the rest. We'll yesterday he said he'd pay but has not. He claims that's his trip fee (not what his receipt shows). And since when do you pay $140 for someone to misdiagnose and further break appliances? Update: we did get our refund but we have reported this to FDACS and also scam tracking on BBB.

Our Splendide Washer/Dryer, on our boat, a Model WDC7100XC, started making noise on Feburary 13,…read more2025. We called OTW Services 911 and the man came that same day, looked at the washer we'd removed from its space and, after spinning the tank a half a turn, said he knew what was wrong. He said the labor would be $200.00 and the replacement bearing kit would run $280.00 and he'd have the parts in a couple of days. He then said he'd need the $280.00 before he could order the parts, so we paid him the $280.00. The parts have never arrived and the repairs have never been done. It has taken until today, May 14, 2025, and a huge amount of calls and excuses, to get a refund of $225.00. The excuse being that the original trip to our boat cost the difference. If you want to donate some monies to this company and not be bothered by service, this is the company to hire to do your repairs.

Past experiences with big box stores has not been the greatest and for an armchair handyman like me, walking around the store looking for someone to give me some advice on a project or to simply point me in the right direction. He has helped me several times and always does it with a smile and honesty and a bit of humor. It makes shopping at your store an absolute pleasure. Lonnie cares and it shows! Thank you!!

The parking is limited in front of the store so what you see from US 1 is about all there is, but don't let that stop you from dropping in, the owner will offer you endless solutions to help resolve just about any issue you may be having with your home project. One of the biggest advantages I've found here is when you only need one or two bolts, nuts, screws, washers or whatever you can buy exactly what you need instead of pre-packaged qualities that are usually one short or five too many from the big box stores. I highly recommend giving this local business a try.
