I had to deal with Mara for that to happen. Talk about someone who doesn't care about good customer service. I practically had to jump through hoops to get it done. She charged me $5oo to do the job. I explained to her the shed was only there for a week and I'm on a fixed income, could she help me out with the cost. She took off $100 for a job that didn't even take 30 minutes. She made me send her pics of my DL and my credit card. THEN I had to fill out a form for her to process my credit card. This was all after I had just given them $4000 for my shed!! She has no idea how to treat customers and she doesn't have any guilt about over charging them... she probably went on a shopping spree with my money!! I don't recommend doing business with this company just because they don't care ANYTHING about taking care of the customer. I will say however that John and Darwin did an amazing job moving that shed back for us.
