I had requested for just one artist to do both and they were able to staff exactly that. I received the name of the artist before the event. Kimberly was punctual and very good at both arts. To prevent a long line and kids losing time on the ice, I made a sign up sheet for the balloon requests so Kimberly work on them while the kids were skating. This method worked out very well. All the kids enjoyed her balloon creations and face painting. She even labeled the animals with each child's name to prevent someone else from taking them. I love twist and shout events! A deposit is required to secure your date, and a few days before the party I received a detailed email with everything I needed to know, along with a reminder to pay the remaining balance. Spencer arrived right on time and had everything set up in just 2-3 minutes. We booked 1.5 hours of balloon twisting ($265), and it was a huge hit with everyone - from toddlers to adults! There was a constant line of guests waiting for their turn throughout the entire 1.5 hours! One of the best parts is that balloon twisting requires virtually no setup space, making it easy to fit into almost any party layout (just be prepared for the line that forms!). Vidhya handled all of the kids really well, and all of the parents were blown away by the artistry of the face painting. You can tell she treats her work as an art and is not there to simply slap some paint on a kid's face and call it a day. Even though she treated each face design as an art, she equally worked very hard to get as many kids done as possible. We hired her for 2 hours for face painting and balloon twisting and then on the day of we decided to extend the time by 30 minutes. She was good with the kids and worked very hard to make 25 kiddos very happy. We sent her a deposit via Venmo and after the day of the party sent her the balance.
