So I found Mr. Mitre online and dropped him an email with lots of questions that were answered promptly and clearly. The pricing structure is clearly laid out on the website and a very reasonable price was paid for a fast, efficient job with minimal mess for me to clean up afterwards due to Simon's use of a dust extractor. He came all down from Milton Keynes too so if you think you're outside his area contact him to check before you dismiss the idea. If you visit their online store you will see the vast amount of products available in your local store. The store itself has a catalogue which allows you to have part numbers ready or have parts ordered in. At the back of the store you will fin a handy counter where the technicians will quite literally be able to build your desired part if they dont sell it or if you need something special making up. The only bad thing about the maplin chain is that they can be a tad expensive on some things, but you do get a professional service where the satff know what they are tlking about in all aspects of what they sell.

I thought they would be too expensive, However, she went through the pricings and options and was just so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We went away with prices etc to mull it over. We returned the next day and were served by Kim and also by Berni. They were just amazing just like Sabeena, again nothing was too much trouble. We finally made our purchase. Hoping that the curtains would live up to the expectations set by such knowledgeable and helpful staff. They were due to arrive on 7th December. they arrived on 5th December. They were very well packed we hung them the same day. They are excellent, far exceeding our expectations. Thanks to Sabena and Kim they look and fit better than my previous curtains.
