If your shopping for the of the shelf kitchen cuboard carcasses and doors range, just make sure you have everything loaded onto your trolly before aranging for store to deliver your good as chances are some of your trollied stock will go missing from the time youve paid to the time your stock has been delivered , as the store will replenish other outstanding orders from your trolly and delay your delivery untill next delivery of stock has been delivered.....Be warned..THE NUMBER 1 RULE FOR A CUSTOMER @ B&Q, THE LOUDER YOU SHOUT THE MORE YOU WILL GET OUT OF THEM. this is a fantastic b&q store and the biggest i have ever seen. it was newly built around 3 years ago and now it is very modern and layed out great. they have huge ranges of everything. they have a massive home range and garden range and a outside garden which is packed full of plants ornaments pond stuff,you name it they have it. i always love it at chrstmas as there is so much to choose from when they put out there massive ranges. this shop has also got so many show rooms which is really good to give you ideas on stuff.if your on a diy weekend this is the shop to come too. read more

Had issue asked for help. they have not a clue how to fix a tap. NO experts as is advertised, asked for supervisor, they never had the decency to answer the call. should one be at the tills?? this is not service I expect from a big chain. . read more
