I am so glad a friend referred me to Dr. Walker!…read more Dr. Walker is a gifted surgeon, a very good doctor, a compassionate listener and a lovely person, and his work is truly artful. I saw him for upper eyelid surgery and I am very happy with the results. He shaped my eyes so beautifully - better than what I was born with before the skin sagged, but natural-looking, nothing exotic but still making a pleasing difference. He has the aesthetic sense of a sculptor, and the shape of my eyes now compliments the proportions of my face. I hope he will offer facelifts, and I would wait for his availability because I'd feel so confident that I am in good hands and that I wouldn't have to worry about the outcome. I honestly think he is that good. The procedure was great from the beginning to the end. He started with an attentive consultation, which instantly put my worries at ease. I left well-informed and prepared. During surgery, he provided a safe environment with his kindness and calm confidence - this was important to me, because I had a rather traumatizing surgery experience in the past. He provided some medication to manage anxiety, but he was mindful with the use of medication - no reckless medication use but no unnecessary stress or pain. After surgery, my eyes became irritated and he was on the phone with me right away, treating the condition skillfully and carefully. His aftercare was more thorough than anything I've experienced before. Healing was fast as well. My friend said I looked like I just returned from a one-year-vacation, and it was only three days after surgery. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about him. He is the kind of surgeon you want for yourself, your mother, and your best friend.

Dr. Irvine is not only a genius at her craft, but also an exceptionally kind physician/surgeon with…read morean outstanding bedside manner. We had a particularly unique and difficult situation when our 35-year-old son with special needs had a traumatic fall and broke his nose in two places in October 2024. His nose was visibly smashed and his breathing was badly impacted. He ultimately needed a rhinoplasty and septoplasty. After an initial consultation with another ENT left him frightened and unwilling to consider surgery, we spent nearly a year searching for a surgeon with both exceptional skill and genuine compassion. Dr. Leslie Irvine lived up to our expectations in every way! Dr. Irvine put our son so much at ease that he requested the surgery himself. He went into the hospital in an amazingly optimistic frame of mind, even during pre-op. His recovery was easier than expected, though understandably uncomfortable until the stents were removed a week later. His surgery was in October 2025, but I waited four months to write this review so we could see the results after most of the swelling resolved. We are amazed with the results! His nose looks fantastic, his breathing is greatly improved and this procedure has helped him regain his confidence. We were so impressed with Dr. Irvine's skill that six weeks ago I underwent an in-office procedure with her called VivAer to improve my own breathing. It took only about 20 minutes, strengthened my nasal walls, reduced my turbinates, and required no downtime at all. My breathing is dramatically better, I'm sleeping more soundly and exercising feels easier. We feel extremely fortunate to have found Dr. Irvine and could not recommend her more highly. If you're on the fence about fixing your nose... just call Dr. Irvine.

Faith and Michelle were the people contacting me about my appointments. During our call today Michelle complained that they had an hour set aside for me, which I apologized for and I explained what was going on and why I was unable to make my appointments. She told me it would be the third time I was rescheduling. I apologized and told her I have done my best to communicate with them why I was unable to make it. Given the way she spoke to me, I asked for her name and I asked to speak to a manager to which she responded that she was the manager. She rudely asked if I wanted to reschedule again. At this point I said no because I wouldn't even feel comfortable having to interact with her in person let alone have a procedure done here. I completely understand that time had been set aside for me as a potential new patient, however the lack of customer service is unfortunate.

Don't let the discounted units get you. I'm sharing this to help others understand my experience…read morewith transparency and informed consent. During my appointment, I asked multiple times for the exact number of units being administered and clearly stated limits for each area. I was never given an accurate final unit count before injections, despite asking. After the procedure, I learned that 150 units were used. This was not disclosed beforehand and was significantly higher than my previous treatments at this practice. I am also still experiencing jaw clenching, which was the primary reason for treatment. For my lip flip, my concern was my upper lip folding in. I'm still confused why units were injected into my bottom lip. I have since requested an itemized breakdown by injection site for my personal records. When pricing is unit-based, patients should be informed of exact quantities before treatment, not with a dollar amount. I hope this helps others know what questions to ask and advocate for full transparency. Please consider that this aligns with the other 1-star reviews. There seems to be a pattern of: Treatments exceeding what was explicitly consented to Unit counts disclosed only after procedures Unit-based charges without upfront unit confirmation Dismissive responses when patients asked for clarification In light of these recurring issues, it's worth noting that as of 2/6/26, Google reviews for this business are turned off.

One of the worse surgeons that I've came across with. Had one of the worse experience along with my…read morewife. We went in because for my wife wanted to get a mini tummy tuck with fat transfer to her buttocks. We were told by Dr. Kovacs that she would have a great looking butt and that she would have the butt that she wanted. Because my wife wanted to have a huge butt. So after surgery we were told by the doctor that within 2 months her buttocks would look amazing and they would be big and round. In every checkup, Dr. Kovacs kept telling my wife to eat more healthy than what she used to before. While my wife kept a strict diet, she was losing weight. When we went to another checkup, after a month after surgery Dr. Kovacs told my wife that she looked amazing from her waist and her stomach. We were so happy about that, we then asked Dr. Kovacs that why weren't my wife's buttocks looking big like we initially asked for them to be after surgery. Dr. Kovac's response was "your wife lost a lot of weight and therefore the fat that was transferred to her buttocks has gone away (disappeared). Now if you want your buttocks to be as big as you're saying, then you have to get another surgery because we have to remove more fat and then transfer it to your buttocks." But yet again, my wife's buttocks never grew. As a matter of fact, she now has less buttocks than what she had before the surgery. Because the fat that was "transferred to her buttocks" was never actually transferred to her buttocks. Dr. Kovacs inserted the fat above my wife's buttocks, because Dr. Kovacs said that the fat that was inserted above her buttocks would go down automatically within time. I was so angry specially after seeing how much my wife suffered with the recovery and how much money we would have to pay for a shitty job that was done. That's exactly what I told Dr. Kovacs. He told me that I was not going to say that in his office. I told responded, Doctor look at the job you did. Do you really think this is a great job? He responded saying yes, he thought my wife looked amazing. I told him, look at your assistant. She had the same job as my wife did and her buttocks looks exactly how my wife wanted hers to look. My wife's buttocks doesn't even look close to your assistant's. He said, if you don't like my job you can go to another doctor or you can pay for another surgery with me to make your wife's buttocks bigger; now get out of my office. Not even his personnel get any procedure done with him. They rather go to another surgeon to get any type of job done because they know how many patients are unsatisfied with his work. Dr. Kovacs left my wife's left side of the waist bigger than her right side, and he said that he did a great job and that had nothing to do with him because to his eyes, everything in my wife looked perfect. Before you get any procedure done, please stay away from this shitty ass doctor if you don't want to go through a very bad experience like we did!!! My wife got her surgery done on November 3rd, 2021. So this is very recent.
