I had an 80 minute facial appt and it was fantastic. I can be picky when it comes to getting a spa…read moretreatment so I checked the place out a few days earlier. They have an awesome relaxation area. I went for my appt, they brought me to changing area and then off I went to the relaxation area prior to my facial. When it was my appt time, a woman popped her head in and called my name. I was brought to a private, dark and quiet hallway so already I was impressed. They had warm tables and pillows for under your knees for comfort. The facial was amazing and she also did my hands and put them in warming gloves and then did my feet too. This is all just part of the facial. After my appt I was brought back to the relaxation room where I was offered champagne and other options but it was my bday so I went for the champagne. I probably stayed in the room for 40 minutes. The woman who worked in the relaxation room and other areas was so nice I ended up tipping her as well as my facialist. I will definitely go back and try to get a later appt vs 9am so I can go to Brownwood for a nice lunch!!

She is extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about skin care. She has an extensive cleansing process before she performs the Microneedling. Her studio was very clean and the experience was calming as she will warm the bed for you and rub your feet while your face is in the numbing process. It was like a spa experience and I will definitely be using her services again.

I am sharing this experience now with clarity and purpose, to hold this business accountable &…read moreprotect future clients from harm. In 2021, I received a chemical peel at this med spa that resulted in a SEVERE chemical burn to my back. The peel was performed by a front desk receptionist who was "in training," not a licensed or certified aesthetic provider. I later learned this occurred because no qualified provider was available at the time, and rather than rescheduling the service, the treatment was performed anyway. I was not informed that the individual performing the treatment was unlicensed, nor was appropriate supervision or medical oversight provided. The result was significant skin injury--second degree burns, as shown in photos taken during my visit at the BURN UNIT. This was not a post-chemical peel reaction -- it was a chemical burn. At the time, I did not fully understand the seriousness of what had occurred. As a nurse working in the field of aesthetics today, I now clearly recognize this as negligence and a breakdown in management, supervision, and patient safety standards. To this day, I'm still baffled by how this was handled afterwards. Beyond the physical injury, the lack of accountability and concern from management/owner during my recovery was deeply upsetting and added to the emotional toll of an already traumatic experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE if you value your skin. DO NOT BOOK HERE is you value your safety. & DO NOT BOOK HERE if you value proper medical oversight.

She worked at a salon several years ago and was interested in finding out more about taking care of your skin in the most natural way possible, so she went to school, researched, started her own skincare line and opened her own studio, the studio is located inside of The Breathing Room in O'Bryonville. On my first visit a few weeks ago, she was so welcoming into her space. We sat down, she asked me about my skin, what I was there for and then went over to the table for her to work her magic. I was there for a mini-facial, but was having an issue with a pimple on my nose, which she attended to with loving care. I have sensitive skin and everything was just right for my skin. At the end of the session she used a device which has an electrical charge to it and takes the bacteria out of your skin, so she used all over my face & in particular the area on my nose making sure everything causing the issue was removed. Thanks Neva for an amazing job!
