We were greeted immediately by the owner, Martha , who was as friendly and nice as anybody we have ever encountered. The three of us got into a conversation that lasted for most of an hour. Martha was so friendly, cordial, interesting and anxious to learn more about us as strangers and consequently we were enamored over her background as well. Our conversation centered on our backgrounds and respective families and frankly became a highlight of our day and time in Mount Airy. She was such an interesting individual who obviously loves what she does professionally. We did end up making a small purchase from her store but moreso than the purchase the best part of the day was meeting Martha and the enjoyable conversation we all three enjoyed. Thanks, Martha. It took forever to get but when they finally got here the size marking on them was clearly a women's size 12. When I contacted customer service they refuse to give me a full refund unless I paid full shipping to return. This company is overseas and full shipping would cost me as much as the shoes cost! If it was just because I didn't like the shoes I can understand but they were Miss represented. They finally admitted that this is the largest size they had and yet they put down that it was a size 13 when it's clearly marked differently. They finally stopped responding to me and I am very disappointed. I would definitely not recommend this company. They don't stay behind their items. Even when it was completely their mistake and their issue they still will not own it and are trying to make me finance their error. Do not use this company!

I came in looking for a wedding dress. The shop was warm, inviting, and full of light. The showroom…read morewas gorgeous and there was a large selection of dresses to choose from. Chandler was incredible - she asked about my size, my budget, and my style of preference. We probably grabbed close to 20 dresses, with actually trying on around 10 or so, before she found the absolutely perfect dress. Chandler knew what I wanted and helped me find my dream wedding dress within my budget and size - additionally giving me some local recommendations for getting it altered and how to care for it. I absolutely recommend both Noa's Bridal and Chandler's help in particular. She is a master at what she does.

For the next 4 months my fiancé was lied to about the dress being on its way. At around 3 months my fiancé would go to pick up the dress as it had "arrived" but Chandler would say she is stuck in traffic, then it was shipped to her house and not the store, there were shipping delays, she would send pictures of other dresses via FB Messenger asking if she liked any of them...after reaching her breaking point, my future wife yells at her while balling her eyes out demanding that she tell her the truth. Chandler admits she never ordered the dress but then reverts back to lying, stating she will order it, have it express shipped and it will arrive on time for the wedding. My fiancé trusted her intuition, placed an order elsewhere which arrived in three weeks. Roughly 1 month after Chandler "ordered the dress" (the 2nd time) my fiancé's sorrow had turned to frustration so she tells Chandler that if the dress isnt available by "X" date, she wants a refund. Chandler lied to her right up to the arranged date at which time my fiancé demanded a refund. Chandler sends a fake invoice for the refund through FB Messenger, which is never processed, and follows up with her after 5 business days and states she doesnt know why it didnt go through. My future wife is furious at this point when Chandler asks her if she has a venmo or cashapp she can send the refund through. We were able to get the refund processed approxamtely 9 days before our wedding on September 28th of 22'. Do NOT trust this business owner she will lie straight to your face without remorse and I honestly am unable to fathom how this business still has its doors open. Please, save yourself from a horrible experience and place your order anywhere else.
