I tried everything: Vegamour, Nutrafol, castor oil, homemade rosemary and peppermint sprays, even light therapy--but nothing made a noticeable difference. That's when I decided to try PRP hair treatments, and I'm so glad I did. Dr. Natasha made each visit comfortable and reassuring. She's easy to talk to and offered thoughtful recommendations to help get the most out of the treatment. I've had three sessions since November, and I'm already seeing baby hairs sprouting all over my crown. Even my hairdresser noticed the regrowth! Thank you TWC!

The communication was terrible, they'd charge me days before even shipping the product, the product would arrive late every month, they would never send extra alcohol swabs, sharps containers, or syringes even when I asked several times on the phone. I only ever had one brief check in over the phone with the doctor. Then they charged me for a 4th month without my consent or approval and said they'd refund me which they didn't so I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. I would not recommend this place. There are so many places that offer peptide treatment so I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I want to start by saying that I had a very positive experience with the staff. They were always…read morekind, welcoming, and helpful, and I truly appreciated the way they treated me. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctor was different. I came in years ago while dealing with a health issue I had never experienced before. I was understandably very anxious and overwhelmed at the time. I recognize that I was under a great deal of stress, but much of that came from being scared and unfamiliar with what was happening to my health. I was looking for guidance, reassurance, and someone who would listen to what I was experiencing. I was given certain protocols to follow, and I did my best to follow them as instructed. Unfortunately, they did not work for me and actually caused additional issues. What was especially difficult was feeling that my concerns were dismissed because the same approach had worked for other patients. I understand that a treatment may be successful for many people, but every person and every body is different. When something wasn't working for me, I really needed to feel heard and taken seriously. I'm sure the doctor has helped many people and that others may have had very different experiences. I can only speak to my own. For me, the experience left me feeling unheard and invalidated during a time when I was already scared and vulnerable. The appointments were also quite expensive, which added to my disappointment. I hesitated for a long time before writing this because I don't like leaving negative reviews, especially after so many years. However, the experience had a lasting impact on me, and I still carry some of those feelings today. I hope that sharing my experience can serve as a reminder of how important it is for patients to feel heard, especially when they are struggling or when a treatment is not working as expected. I genuinely wish the doctor and the practice well, and I remain very grateful to the staff for the kindness they always showed me.

I was having some issues with my triceps for years and I couldn't play water polo anymore until I added some acupuncture to my treatment. Jamie was able to pick up very quickly where the problem was and after a few sessions (once a week) I was back in the pool and feeling well. Few more sessions later I was on top of it. I was also having some more issues and Jamie discovered them without me telling her. She asked me a few questions to confirm, added a few needles and I was feeling better a couple of days later. Another thing that is very impressive about Jamie is her knowledge about all these different techniques.
