The unnamed underwriter is also an absolute amateur. They have extended our closing by almost a month and we still do not have a clear to close. The continue to ask for documents and information that could have been obtained a month or more ago. A proper underwriting review would include a full list of items needed to close not a game of tag and back and forth. They won't even pick up the phone to contact the HOA or insurance companies to obtain the information, they hide behind emails. I had to call myself and get it for them. I have called Ermir several times to get this finalized and he hasn't returned even one of my calls. If you are looking for a mortgage company don't use Pinnacle.

Don't ask because I won't tell you which companies due to the day and age we live in. But one went through the quick approval process for the mortgage and said sorry but you don't qualify due to the minimum credit score required for your application. I knew this wasn't true so I said ok fine. Talked to the next company that we liked and after about 3 weeks they denied us through an email not even a call. Next we had a family member advise us to call KIM RIDDELL AND REGENCY MORTGAGE. Kim Riddell told us up front that we might not qualify but we at least will know what is wrong and I meaning Kim would tell us what to do to fix it and about how long before it gets fixed. We started the process and were denied; my wife and I of course got depressed. But Kim said don't worry that was the automated we are not done yet. At this point as she says "she rolled up her sleeves" started to dig into why I was denied. She found out the reason I was denied we went through a few weeks of calls, and emails. Paperwork requests signatures explanations of what was happening next etc. After we gave Kim the paperwork she requested in an timely manner we were preapproved. You heard me after being denied twice recently and as many as about 4 to 5 times over the course of 5 years Kim got us pre-approved. But the hard work wasn't done and everytime I mean everytime we had an question via cell phone or email kim called us back in an very timely manner. We eventually found the house of our dreams went through more paperwork and closed late last month. ALL BECAUSE OF THE HARD WORK KIM RIDDELL and the fact she said no if you are going to deny these people I want to know why. If I can ever do business with Kim I would in a heartbeat. Again Kim we appreciate what you did for our family. http://www.regencymtg.com/planners/list/kim-riddell/ Sincerely J and J

I worked with Andrea Baldwin out of Regency's Bedford NH office. I met Andrea at an open house in…read moreearly March 2018 when I was just a curious possible first time home buyer. Andrea instantly made me feel comfortable with her witty sense of humor. Andrea was also knowledgeable and explained the many options for first time home buyers. I left the open house with just her card that day. I kept up with the search for several more weeks until I knew I needed to jump off the ledge and into home ownership for the first time and soon. During the search I met several loan officers/brokers with various mortgage lenders at a lot of the open houses but none of them made me feel as at ease as Andrea did. As a single woman and first time home buyer, having that "at ease" feeling throughout the entire daunting process was an absolute MUST. No question, text, email or phone call went unanswered. There were quite a few nights that Andrea was on the phone with me nearing midnight to go over estimated closing sheets for perspective properties. Even after the million and one questions that I'm sure I asked more than once, Andrea still kept her sense of humor with me, thus putting me even more at ease. I recently closed on a property and Andrea stuck with me every step of the way. Every person I've encountered within Regency thus far has been extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and simply awesome.
