You were technically closed when we got there. Many times when I'm there, Kurt will come up to me and introduce himself which I like. It shows his customer service is his top priority. Also... We showed up at closing time, not knowing they were closing at 5 on Friday. We thought it was 7 just like every other day of the week, but Lindsay stayed almost an hour late just to help us with our quote. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful! I thank you all very much for your time and help. . I would highly recommend your office to friends and family! GREAT EXPERIENCE, and my experience is the same every time I'm in. They certainly exceed my expectations, which is hard to do as I've got high expectations having been in the customer service field my whole life. I'm fairly critical of people's customer service, but everyone I've worked with here has always exceeded my expectations every time I'm in. Keep up the good work!

I've been with Kirk Wicks for 10-15 years. I needed to make a policy change as well but i gave up, I'm dreading having to call back. I think it's time to move on.

    This review has nothing to do with the individual agent or his business. It is concerning Allstate…read moreitself, as there is no other site to leave an experience dealing with Allstate. First, all reviews indicate they are among the most expensive. But this is not the issue. I was the eighth car inline stopped on an exit off Rt 101. A Ford F150 was exiting behind me. Suddenly, he hit me at about 8-10 mph. A young male. I immediately jump out and run back to his vehicle and ask what are you thinking? He said, I just spaced it! I see a phone and assume the reason. Typical. Now the insurance. They admit fault, obviously. First agent says to me you need to get an estimate for your car. We will send a confirmation to enterprise car rental nearest you for a rental car while yours is being fixed, comparable to your vehicle. Toyota Avalon. All seems ok up to now. A second person calls me and says the same verifying all and then says Allstate does not pay for the rental. You need to pay on your credit card, have your own insurance or pay for theirs and we will reimburse you in 5-10 days upon you sending the invoices. But, you must find out how long it will take for parts and repair as we will not pay for any unusual periods of time for the rental due to the repair shop. So you must find out how long they will have it. Then she says you will be provided a compact or mid sized car. I say the other agent said...and she said no he was wrong, Secondly, I wanted original Toyota parts and not aftermarket.They say NO we use aftermarket parts only! I say this car is in immaculate condition with only 55K miles, still answer is NO! At this point I am hating on this business model as they are creating a severe inconvenience that should not be. I should not have to pay for a thing, that's what insurance is for. God forbid if it's a total wreak. I am very surprised that people sign with Allstate with such business practices. This is one guy that would not have them as an insurance co.
