Everyone was very friendly. Caroline was very pleasant upon us getting there. But she had to leave to pick up her daughter and I get that. Not to mention, like I said... You were technically closed when we got there. Many times when I'm there, Kurt will come up to me and introduce himself which I like. It shows his customer service is his top priority. Also... We showed up at closing time, not knowing they were closing at 5 on Friday. We thought it was 7 just like every other day of the week, but Lindsay stayed almost an hour late just to help us with our quote. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful! I thank you all very much for your time and help. . I would highly recommend your office to friends and family! GREAT EXPERIENCE, and my experience is the same every time I'm in. They certainly exceed my expectations, which is hard to do as I've got high expectations having been in the customer service field my whole life. I don't know what happened. I tried to call the Kurt Wicks office number and i was redirected to a call center? It took 30 minutes to get a quote for a new vehicle purchase. I've been with Kirk Wicks for 10-15 years. I needed to make a policy change as well but i gave up, I'm dreading having to call back. I think it's time to move on. read more

If you choose this agency for your insurance, be VERY careful. Read and re-read the documentation and review your bill every month. Very shady agency that will make changes to your policy after a year is up without notification. After one year, my monthly cost suddenly tripled (nothing changed from my side - no accidents, no claims, nothing)! I have auto-pay so I missed it the first month and realized during the second month with a ridiculously high premium. It took 2 weeks for the agent to get back to me to cancel my policy. I had to cc Kurt Wicks on the email to get a response and finally end my relationship with them. Very disappointing from a well-known company. read more

Carried my Allstate insurance over from another state when I moved to NH. At that point, roughly 4 years ago my policy was changed as far as what is covered under my comprehensive coverage due to state regulations and I was never notified of this change. Now after being a 15+ year customer I am being told to pound sand and am going to have to buy my own $450.00 windshield because I now have $500 deductible for glass even though I have had multiple windshields replaced in the past at no extra cost to me This should have been explained to me when I moved by my insurance agent as that why I pay a licensed insurance agent, to tell me things about regulations and policy. The difference in price to fix this situation would have only cost me $7 a month... Like I wouldn't have happily paid $7 to have the coverage I wanted. They allowed me to carry a policy that differs greatly from the policy I originally bought from Allstate for more than 4 years and never once explained or notified me of this change. And offer nothing to help rectify the situation except pay the difference of the $7.00 per month for the past 4 years... I find this unacceptable and immoral. After 15+ years of customer loyalty I will now be finding a new insurance provider over the cost of a windshield, and due to their error I am now out of pocket for something I have had repaired at least twice in the past w/ no extra cost with the supposedly SAME unchanged policy. They made the error/oversight and noe I get punished for it... Great customer service there! read more
