My husband had been suffering from neck and shoulder pain from a bad car accident to the point…read morewhere he wasn't getting good sleep and he was moody. He tried the steroid shots and that didn't really help any. I wanted him to try something unconventional to these doctors he had been seeing that never even bothered to even feel his neck for a simple evaluation before ordering more pills and scans. I sent him here and he called me after his appointment so grateful. He said it was well worth the drive through an hour of traffic to go here. Had he not went he wouldn't have found such relief. The doctor felt his neck and found two of his cervical disks misaligned and popped them back into place and basically told him he's fixed and never to come back. I've never heard of a doctor saying we don't want to see you again! My husband has already recommended this place to his family and I can say he's back to being my husband again and no longer moody and grumpy. We're going back for a follow up just to make sure his problem is resolved and I have to go to see this place for myself.

I've visited this dispensary a few times, and my earlier experiences were excellent. There was a…read moretall, young African-American gentleman who was engaging, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products. He made the experience easy and enjoyable. I returned recently and noticed he is no longer there, and unfortunately, the difference in service was significant. The staff member I interacted with was not welcoming or engaging. I felt more like an inconvenience than a customer. In a market where dispensaries are everywhere, customer service is what sets a business apart--and this experience fell well short. Additionally, the lack of product visibility is disappointing. There's nothing displayed, only items listed on a chalkboard. Customers want to see and understand what they're purchasing, not just hear it called out from behind the counter. Given the decline in service and the increased competition nearby, including a new medical dispensary next door, I don't plan to return. I hope they take steps to improve, because the potential is there--but right now, the experience doesn't match the standard customers expect.

A hidden gem of healing knowledge AND locally owned!…read more I was looking for a very specific species of plant: non-GMO, cold pressed, steam distilled and sourced from the Mediterranean. Nourish Market was one of 3 locations in the greater Houston area that carried what I was looking for. I had to get my hands on this product for the upcoming flu season for my medicinal arsenal. I called and Candy was friendly and more importantly, knowledgeable. Not only did she know exactly what I was looking for but had another recommendation that exceeded my expectations. When I arrived and had a few more questions she was able to reach the manufacturer for clarification - bear in mind I was there on a Monday during slower traffic business hours. EXCELLENT SERVICE. This quaint local market is clean, lovingly organized and featured products from other local small businesses. I do extensive research on herbs and wellness products and glancing through the wellness section, it is clear their inventory is consciously and selectively curated. The health conscious and curious will have a nice selection to chose from; with the added benefit of knowledgeable staff. I didn't have as much time to explore as I wanted but I will definitely be back and be recommending Nourish Market to everyone.
