I've been bodybuilding for a good few months and started needing to take supplements to help with my overall physique. Sure. You don't always need supplements and they aren't really required but they sure do help. I've gone twice so far and every time I've been helped, I've gotten what I needed. Explained in full detail what I'm looking for and received good customer service as well as great supplements. What I truly appreciate is that they don't push supplements in your face. They listen to you and go accordingly to what you need. Currently I'm fully stocked on preworkout, isolate protein, and BCAAs. That's probably gonna last me a while.

I don't smoke or vape, but I was able to catch up with the owner Jake and he gave me some insight to his store. The Garden has CBD, and Delta 8. Likely there is more but this isn't my wheelhouse. There is also an option for some secondhand clothing. They are open every day from about 11 am to 7pm. Sunday the hours may be slightly different. They also have incense! My fave was the Egyptian cotton incense!
