When me and my friend came in it took 15min before she could order food and it took me 20min before I could order. The employees were fooling around. They were 3 and only one of them was "working" and it was the cook. We ate here and they were talking very loud and talking about things you normally don't talk about at work. The cashier didn't even know how to use the phone! read more

Once we resolved that, we decided we may as well eat lunch here. Everything is in French, but the gal behind the counter spoke English, and you can order by number. We ordered the soups and it was just what was needed to revive us! The soups were enormous and delicious, and we ended up taking the leftovers to go.

Friday, January 30, 2026…read more I saw the young man who served me put 3 full scoops of ice in my lemonade and pat the ice down and put the rest of ice back. I disagreed with him about the amount of ice I will not hold one disagreement from a staff member against them. I will eventually give them another chance. Give them a chance their food is delicious and you can choose from their multiple drinks they offer. Just remember to ask if you want less ice.

In fact, when my kid and I visited, we didn't see a lot of muffins here (maybe they had sold out. We were there around 2pm on a weekday). We DID see lots of sandwiches and wraps, a few salads, and there were tons of beverages offered, too. We opted to share a seafood wrap which was perfect for two people, as each half was quite large. And it was good and fresh, too (super important when dealing with seafood!). It was very good (my expectations were low, and I gotta say, this wrap was delicious). My kid had a strawberry banana smoothie which she said was delicious. I ordered the cappuccino smoothie, as I love coffee. It was also great, but for some reason, unlike all their other smoothie varieties, they don't offer the cappuccino smoothie in a small size. So I ordered a medium and was only able to have 1/3 of it (it was rich). I wished they offered this flavor in a small size. Prices are reasonable here and, generally speaking, I like the food court here at Alexis Nihon; it is clean, with ample seating and lots of windows, and many different food/cuisine choices. Oh, and nice touch that the mens' and women's bathrooms are here in the corner of the food court, too.

The counter was filled with dropping. Then they had to refill the sauce, one woman took a pail off the floor and put it on the counter before she could pour and fill the containers with sauce. Then they made pizzas without washing the counter or their hands, (no gloves) touching all the toppings. A few minutes later one scratched her head and continued to grab toppings, and the other woman had her mask barely over her mouth. Upon watching more I noticed how dirty the place was in general. Driver were walking in going behind the counter with no mask on. I don't think I will be eating there any more and do not recommend this location, if you like clean food.
