There's a photographer awaiting to snap personalize pictures for guests. With each purchase guests were also treated to a drawn portrait painted in coffee. She lied by telling people how there're no more caps and enamel pins for the day and to please come back tomorrow. She approached me and emphasized again that they really have no more yesterday. I didn't even go ask her questions or wasn't bothering anyone at all. Why is it even necessary to come up to me emphasizing that statement again? But then, I saw that same particular staff going to the backroom getting more black caps and passing them to her colleague. If you plan on lying to people by being a jerk, then just stick to your story all the way. It's not that "there're no more for the day." But rather, she's stingy and just doesn't want to give it out lol. Even saw her whispering to other staff and eyeing at me. You want the public to know more about the coffee machine brand Flavia. But then, you don't want to give out promotional merch by turning people away with the lying. Makes me feel unwelcoming. I left shortly afterwards. Wouldn't go out of my way for this imo. Everything was 20% off in the entire store including their newest pop up exclusive products. Any purchase (no minimum amount) was gifted a free banana milk hand cream. The 1st 100 people in line each day had gotten free birthday cake flavored ice cream from Betty Jo's and a free can of Ollipop as special treats. Make a $40+ in-store purchase could get you a $140-value gift bag of 5 full-size TONYMOLY products & other gifts from branded partners. You would even find a small random Squishmallow keychain plushie inside. The ambiance wise was similar to a vibrant-looking gift shop with a life-size cherry photo opportunity by the storefront of TONYMOLY pop up shop. They had made really great use of the venue. Staff were very friendly + helpful + patient + laidback. Lines were managed pretty well without people crowding around and not too many line cutters. Payment was card only. Entry on a first come, first served basis depending on space capacity. No RSVP was required/needed at all. It was opened to the public. All gifts with purchase and treats would be given out until supplies lasted. They had pretty good stock that didn't run out too soon.

Still accessible by the L Train nonetheless. First 250 people got a free smoothie of their choice on the menu and a full size gel-formula SPF 40 in a zippered plastic purse. Others could get a full-size SPF for the rest of the day without purchase. No smoothie yet a full-size product, that was still a win-win situation imo. The experience was super quick like 3 minutes in and out plus staff were friendly. Inside the Pure Vida location in Williamsburg, it's super spacious with lots of comfy couches + fake palm trees + other fake plants as decorations. Made me feel like I was sitting on a porch swing in a garden. Relaxing and peaceful vibes. Great workspace for customers to work on their laptops while drinking a healthy, delicious smoothie. AC was blasted on high throughout the day. Hence, you're in a comfortable environment if you plan on spending your day there. No wait, no line. You get, you leave. Sad they had run out of the cute purple-striped makeup pouch though. Staff said those were all gone in 30 mins from the start of the pop up this morning. Staff is friendly + helpful in answering people's questions about their fragrance scents. It's important to keep a few vials in your bag these days during the hot + humid + sweaty weather. I would always wanna look presentable and not smell like I've just walked out of the gym smelling like body odor & stinky armpits.

((4.5 stars))…read more Meredith's Bakery is a Hudson Valley bakery that appears at many of NYC's greenmarkets from Union Square to Chelsea to Columbia University. stopped by their bakery stand at the Union Square Greenmarket year-round (Wednesdays only). this one of the larger tented stands where a variety of traditionally baked, gluten-free, and sugar-free items. the hand-made preservative-free baked goods are neatly arranged from breads cookies to pies to scones and more. ingredient lists are stickered on packaging, so you can check for allergens and such. ended up stopping here before the Greenmarket closed, so pickings were pretty thin and this bakery stand is fairly popular. ended up getting a pack of four small oatmeal raisin cookies and even though that isn't a go-to cookie for me...the cookie was very good. the oatmeal cookie was firm on the outside with a moist, chewiness on the inside. the cookie has a nice texture and clean flavor to it --the balanced sweet taste from the brown sugar and raisins with hits of cinnamon and almost caramel-like notes. tbh, if this bakery can make a good oatmeal raisin cookie, then the rest of cookies and such are more than likely really good, too. the service was quick and friendly-ish. definitely would recommend stopping by this Meredith's Bread at any of the greenmarkets in the city.
