She was pretty nervous in the beginning, but the staff was very patient with her, made her feel comfortable, and kept guiding her throughout the class. The best part was that within about 15 minutes, she came running over to me and said, "I want to get enrolled!" That pretty much made the decision for us, so we signed her up right after the trial. They also gave us 50% off the registration fee since we enrolled right after the trial, which was a nice bonus. It was great seeing her go from being nervous to actually wanting to stay and continue. We're excited for her to start classes and see how she grows and builds confidence along the way. So far, a really great first experience!

I wanted to join a place that kept me motivated to keep coming back. The instructors here at Hybrid do just that. Each class we learn something new and the instructors make sure that we are doing the moves correctly, thus not injuring ourselves. Mr Mike teaches most of the classes and he's great! Very energetic and passionate about his craft. He helps get you sweating those pounds off in the short and quick 50min classes. In a few months, I dropped a dress size and lost about 15 pounds! The option to go Mon thru Sat is awesome too and the schedule is accommodating to the busy-bee. The other members that go there are friendly and cheer each other on, so there is a lot of support. We all have a good time staying in shape, learning new things, and improving on what we know! Sign up for a few classes and give it a shot!

If you are considering signing up for karate at Del Martial Arts, say yes and make it happen!…read more Kudos to Master Del Sordo, for developing exceptional programs and training for both special students and typical students. My daughter started karate with Master Del Sordo when she was 5 years old, working with him and a Physical Therapist. She progressed to group lessons, which fostered social growth and development as she learned karate skills adapted to an appropriate level for her. Through Pediatric Martial Arts, she and her classmates at a special needs school in Westfield, benefited from wonderful instruction from Master Del Sordo in her school setting. Administration, teachers, paraprofessionals and therapists worked in conjunction with Master Del to achieve tangible goals for the students. I personally train with Master Del Sordo and he has developed and implemented a program which has had a tremendous positive impact on my overall strength, coordination and core stability. Highest recommendation! Susan W

Our son has been in the martial arts program since their doors opened and we are very pleased with how well Freedom program compares to others. Hands down much better and I have recommended to many of my close friends and family members. Kyle puts his heart and soul into building confidence, positive attitude and respect into all aspects of his programs. The differentiator with other programs is that he spends much more time with his students in helping to build strong character and leadership qualities, and he ensures the students understand how to approach difficult situations, such as bullying. Freedom also has a fantastic fitness program which has changed our entire outlook on personal fitness. My wife and I have been taking his fitness program for almost 18 months now and we are both in the best shape of our lives.
