I'm sorry but I can't remember the sweet woman who was working the register. I think her name was Mia but I'm not positive. When I got home our food was still hot and crispy! Most the time when I do take out at other restaurants, by the time I get home my food is cold and soggy! I strongly recommend everyone to try their food. You won't be disappointed!

The burger was juicy, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a smashburger, and the wings were really good too. I also like the thoughtful touch of them giving you disposable gloves so your hands don't get messy while eating -- small thing, but much appreciated. The food here is consistently good, which is why we keep coming back. The only thing I've found a little inconsistent is the mint lemonade. Sometimes it's great, other times I wish I'd skipped it. That said, the food itself is always on point. Service is really good too, so I'm only taking one star off for the lemonade.

I'm from miami I'm visiting the parks as a childless gold season holder; therefore I plan to visit a lot. This is my second visit at Jason's Deli and I must say it is an absolute 10/10 experience even this second time around. Sharra was absolutely 100% attentive and helpful. Not only are the sandwiches ( I haven't yet tried anything else) but the customer service is absolutely 100% roo tier. When my order was a bit complicated ( due to my 4 hour drive back to miami) Sharra made sure to replay my demands to the chef who had no problem accommodating me. I did not get his name but it was the young man on Shara's shift with the dread locks, medium build about 23 years of Age looking. Nonetheless, I want to say thank you Jason's for always being so extra welcoming and attentive. I do want to say that the first visit was with a causacian woman. With the short court who seemed to be the manager. She wasn't as talkative or welcoming. However. I would just count her out and still say my experience at Jason's is a 10/10. Especially this visit!! Thank you Sharra. I will for sure be back in 2 weeks! xoxo SN: if you're thinking about going to Jason's;PLEASE DO!!! 10000000/10

My friends wanted salad, so we stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon around 1:00 pm. The place was…read moremobbed, and only had one person taking orders at the register, so the line was from the counter to the door. Finally a manager-looking person opened a second register, and it went quicker from there. We snagged a booth, put our order number on the table, and headed to the salad bar. The salad bar had a nice variety of items, and was well stocked. Because I ordered the "Manager's Special", I got a side salad plate to go with my half a Reuben sandwich, but that was plenty of salad. The half of a sandwich arrived quickly, and was really good. Things I did not love about Jason's: too long to order, the place was incredibly LOUD, with screaming children and crying babies as far as the ear could hear, the potato chips that came with my sandwich were all broken into tiny pieces, the ice cream in the machine was a melty blob, and the muffins that looked like chocolate were actually gingerbread, and terrible, so don't be fooled. If I go back, it won't be on a weekend.

My impression is that they do quite a bit of takeout. The Philly comes in four sizes, mini, small, medium, large. I went with the small (maybe 7-8 inches) and that was a good size. It was made fresh, included onions, mushrooms, and of course, cheese. I got some hot peppers on the side. It was served piping hot on a very soft roll. They did not skimp on the steak. It was very tasty and filling. Ketchup packets are available. The staff were friendly and service was quick for a fresh made sandwich. With a bag of chips, the cost was just under $15.

I walked right up to the counter and ordered. I had a tiny bit of a hard time narrowing down my decision but i ended up going with the roast pork omelette which i loved. I'm so glad we finally stopped in. The pricing was fair and the service was super quick and friendly. Overall I've been going to Potbelly since 2002 starting back in Chicago. See the attached picture and tell me if you think this is acceptable Mac and Cheese? Beyond it being runny, the noddles were not cooked. Don't serve this. I'd rather hear, sir it'll be another 20 minutes before the Mac and Cheese is ready. You think trying to serve this to a 3 year old is acceptable? I had the Italian which was fine so no complaints there. They try to make amends by offering a cookie and gave me a coupon for a free sandwich or salad. Like I said historically no major issues here beyond 1-2 times they forget the bottled water or applesauce for kids combo meal. I think maybe I'll stick to coming here on the weekdays.
