The only place I ever want to buy a car. Bryan and his team are the nicest, easiest people to work…read morewith and I got a Subaru Impreza 5 door for less than other dealerships quoted. It's a much more personal experience than other dealerships and even after I left with the car they helped me with questions I had days and weeks later. I also only had three days in Pittsburgh and they had everything lined up, approved and ready prior to my arrival so that I was able to get in and out quickly. Highly recommend!!

Completely AWFUL Service and Sales Departments! Do not come here! I wish Yelp gave me the option to…read moregive these guys ZERO stars, because that is how bad this business is. Issue #1: When I was looking to buy my very first car, I knew exactly what I wanted: a blue WRX sedan. Kunkle's had a white one, so I asked the salesman (can't remember his name - Jim, I think) if he could search dealers in the SW PA area because I really had to have a blue WRX. He said he would and that he'd call me back. Not only did I never hear from him, he apparently never even bothered to look at other dealers, because I ended up finding my blue WRX at Day Apollo in Moon Twp a week later! Issue #2: Unfortunately, a Peterbilt truck rammed into my new WRX about 3 months after I bought it. Because Kunkle's was the nearest Subaru dealership in the area (and I expected my car to fixed to manufacturer standards), I made what ended up turning out to be the BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER by having my WRX towed to Kunkle's in Delmont. My accident occurred on Sept 30 and ultimately caused about $6,500 in damage... The first time I heard back from the Service folks at Kunkle's that my car was ready to be picked up was sometime in early November. That's well over a month that these idiots had my car, people! Low and behold, when I arrived to inspect my car (which, by the way they had pulled OUT of their garage into a parking lot behind the building in the evening so the sun was setting and the lighting was very dim), the paint on my new rear bumper and passenger side rear quarter panel was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SHADE OF BLUE than the rest of my car. It doesn't end there... The weld lines where they actually welded in my new quarter panel were completely visible; there were AIR BUBBLES IN THE PAINT; and apparently their Service staff is near blind because somehow, they had completely missed the plastic trim on the driver's side of my vehicle which had multiple, deep SCORES on pretty much the entire strip. So, I told the Service Dept Manager (Ray McAteer, sp?) about the issues, he came out and took a look at the car (that's right, he wasn't even around when I performed my initial 'inspection' of their work; he was probably hoping I'd be stupid enough to just hop in my car and drive it home without examining the quality [or lack thereof] of their work), and claimed he couldn't see any of the problems I saw! Um... suggestion: have your ******* eyes checked out! But, he ended up taking my car back in... I came back AFTER THANKSGIVING, which was the 2nd time Kunkle's assured me that my car was ready for pick up. I go back in to the dealer... still there are air bubbles in my paint... AND I notice a new problem, my new rear left taillight is not nearly flush with the rest of my car!!!! It looks like it's sticking out from the rest of the back end of my car by a solid inch!! This time, when I'm reporting back on my dissatisfaction with the repair work (yet again), the dealer manager gets involved. He tells me that there is no way they can get my car back to the way it was before the accident. Oh, really? A good friend of mine wrecked his Nissan a few weeks after my accident ($23,000 worth of damage - almost totaled) and #1 Cochran had his repairs done BEFORE my car's repairs were complete and the only thing visibly wrong with his car after the repairs were done was one slighly off-kilter tailpipe! This 2nd time back to the dealership, though, my dad had come with me... And after some strong "persuasion" (aka reaming out) of the dealer manager, they agreed to try and do "what they could" to fix my car... AGAIN. I ultimately ended up getting my car and taking it home sometime in December, before Christmas. That's right... It took almost 3 MONTHS for Kunkle's to repair my car - and let me warn you, they never did fix the weld lines (they are still highly visible). I remember on that evening in December when I was about to drive my car home, the dealer manager actually told me I could come back in for a free clear coating... I almost laughed in his face, folks. I've heard other horror stories about Kunkle's, including a friend who went in for a simple oil change, and realized shortly after leaving the dealership that the idiot Service Dept had FORGOTTEN TO REPLACE THE OIL CAP - needless to say, oil splashed out all over his hot engine, got burnt and stunk up his entire car. I am warning everyone who reads this - DO NOT GO TO KUNKLE'S FOR ANYTHING (SALE, SERVICE, REPAIR OR OTHERWISE). YOUR VEHICLE WILL COME OUT OF THERE IN WORSE SHAPE THAN YOU TOOK IT IN.

Of course this was after my daughter had been in the office for over an hour filling out paperwork. In addition to that, the tires on the car were a little dry-rotted, which my daughter brought up to the salesperson. The salesperson got the manager who proceeded to make my daughter feel stupid for even asking about the tires, and refused to discount the price or do anything about the tires. At my daughter's first oil change the mechanic said the tires would not pass inspection. I know that my daughter could have, and should have walked away, but this dealership prayed on a young person. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Scott C's.

Rob the sales person called a friend to come to lot and pretend he was interested in that very same truck to make the sale quicker now I refinanced to a different bank and since they went over to victory my records can't be found to get my gap refund back and the finance woman there never returns phone calls or attempts to help you out..never again will I go there or recommend this place.

I bought a new 2024 Silverado LT trail boss, at the end of April. I had a terrible sales…read moreexperience, due to the sales manager Ricky. I stopped in one night and was given an extremely low evaluation for my Silverado trade in. I was going to walk away and go to another dealership, but you had the truck I wanted. I came back and worked with Ricky again and received a fair deal. The issues came when I came back to pick up the truck. Ricky knew for two days what time I would be coming in. We agreed to have the truck ready to go because I was stopping in the middle of soccer games I coach. I verified with him the day before, the morning of, when I was 45 minutes and 10 minutes away. He only told me when it was at the light in front of the dealership, a certified check was needed for my down payment. This took me an extra 30 minutes. When I got to the dealership, nothing was ready. Finance didn't have any to jig together, the truck was not cleaned or washed. I ended up being there for over two hours that was supposed to be a promise of less than 45 minutes. I finally got the truck and started to leave. The dash had an issue where there was a large gap that you can see into the dash. I immediately told Ricky who told me to come in at 12 the next day and he would have service fix the problem. When I got there service all went to lunch at 12pm. Ricky would not see me and ignored my calls and messages, sending anything sales manager to talk to me. A service appointment was set up and they replaced the bezel. The same issue was there with the gap. The service tech told me that's how it was supposed to be. I know you're not supposed to be able to see into the dash board. I have had 3 silverados with the exact same set up and it was not like this on any of them. I also showed the tech another truck you had instock to prove my point. I then spoke to Mike the service manager. He set up to have the grey section of the dash replaced. After this the gap wins slightly better but still present. Mike was helpful and did try to appease me for the experience. The truck came back in and a different style of clips were added. I was told it was all fixed and a picture was sent to me straight onto the dash showing it was fixed. The issue is when looking at it slightly above is when you can see into the dash. So obviously the entire time you are driving. I let Mike know the gap was still there, he blamed me and said I was damaging my own truck. He referred me to Art Evans. Art opened a case with GM, there has been zero update from GM. I called Art and Mike which took me two days to get ahold of Art who never called me back but only responded saying he got my email and sent it to GM. We are on day three of no update from GM. With minor responses from Art, never calling me as I asked.
