I am writing this review in the hopes to prevent this situation from happening to another family in…read morethe future. On 11/10/20 Kyle Russell from South Florida Mobile Notary Service, was sent to my apartment in order for us to sign the final papers for the home my husband and I just purchased. The utter disrespect my husband and I have received from this woman was truly disheartening. Originally, my husband had asked her to please come as early as possible today so we are able to complete the paperwork on time as I work from home and had to start at 11:30am est. Ms. Russell stated she was able to come at 11am. Ms. Russell arrived 10 minutes late to our apartment. Although I find punctuality to be of extreme importance, I do understand that there are some circumstances that may make a person late, so I chose to not address her lack of punctuality when she arrived. I proceeded to offer her a seat at our dining room table and informed her I would need to have my laptop out because I will be starting work soon at 11:30am est. Ms. Russell responded rudely and abruptly by saying, "Seriously? You should have told me to come earlier, I have been up since 6am." First and foremost, I do not need to know the time she has been up since. I am a Mom of 3 babies all under 2 years old. I have been up since 2am however Ms. Russell was not at my apartment today for the purpose of sharing what time we each woke up this morning. Ms. Russell then proceeded to tell me and I quote, "this is more important," when referring to her opinion (which was not asked for) regarding whether or not my career or signing the papers for the purchase of my new home had more importance. Again, this was a statement she decided to randomly provide without being asked to provide it. After her rude remarks, my husband had to finally ask her if we can please just start the signing process. Which I was fully able and capable of doing simultaneously while I worked. I have never been so blatantly disrespected by a stranger in my own home in my entire life. I am a registered nurse and my husband, a fireman working on the frontlines taking care of COVID patients. I have twin 8 month daughters, and a 19 month old son whom were all present during this incident. The lack of respect Ms. Russell has shown to us today truly ruined what should have been the most exciting moment for us. We were beyond thrilled and excited to finally sign the papers today for the purchase of our forever home, and this is what we had to endure? We paid $160 for Ms. Russell to step into our home and treat us so disrespectfully and as if we were burdening her in some way. It is not about the money for me, I am so disgusted with what occurred and I hope this letter can prevent this from happening to another family in the future. I would never recommend this notary service to anyone. I have already sent this to the title company as well as their numerous affiliates who use notary services regularly, and they will no longer be using your services.

Based on experiences with other UPS stores, and based on the shipping price I paid, I assumed the painting would be covered in bubble wrap and shipped in a box. Wrong. It was covered in a single piece of brown wrapping paper and packed in a flimsy cardboard envelope. Of course, this got severely bent during shipping. When I contacted this store, their form reply told me to submit a claim with UPS, which I did. UPS stated that the "packaging did not meet UPS standards," but for some reason rejected the claim. I contacted this store again, which sent me along to a UPS number where no one ever picks up the phone or responds to voicemails. All I feel I can really do now is warn others not to use this UPS store. They will overcharge for packing and shipping that even UPS itself says is substandard.

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would. I moved to Florida in April 2017 and was told by a…read morefriend I needed to get my car registration switched over ASAP. I found this place on the internet and went in. Should have known something was sketchy because of where it's located and the ambiance of the place (dull, dark, small, funny smells). I was charged $700 for what? I asked why it cost so much to get license plates/tags... I was given some story about the many different fees. So I paid $700, half on my CC but she requested half in cash (should have been a red flag there). Nevertheless, I gave her the money and from that day up til 7/28/2017 I battled with them through visits, phone calls, legal threats, reports to BBB, reports to Florida DMV, reports to FDOT and many other entities. I could NEVER get anyone on the call and when I did the lady would say "We'll call you back shortly." A different person would answer the phone each time it appears (unless these scam artists were just switching their voice tones to be even more deceptive). Anyhow, when I disputed half the charge from my credit card, that's when the facility wanted to call and work with me. Why the HECK does it take that long (3 months) to get my license plates, tags etc... and I still don't see why this cost $700 ... ridiculous!!!! This place is a scam, you will save yourself many headaches, emails, phone calls, wasted gas money driving there by simply avoiding this place. Their phone number: 954-549-5876 Their email: permits2407@yahoo.com AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

I wouldn't typically think of reviewing a service like Auto Tags and Title Bureau on Yelp but I…read morewant to spread the word across every avenue possible. This place is a scam. Bought a car through a private dealer on a Saturday and this place was the closest one open that could execute this for us immediately. They charge more than DMV's but figured it was a fair convince charge since it eliminated our need to take off work on Monday. They work with the state to file your paper work but are not in sync about the process. Additionally, they change their offerings and process constantly. For example, we asked about temporary plates for while we waited, they stated it wasn't possible to have these from the sale of a private dealer. Than we were asked if we would be interested in temp plates for an up charge of $50. Please, take the hour out of your day on a weekday and go to the DMV.
