I checked in at the kiosk as usual and then I sat down thinking nothing unusual, but after 20 minutes of seeing people come in after me and leaving while I was sitting there waiting, I went up to the same lady I spoke to when I arrived, and after I asked why I wasn't being seen, the lady just asked me my name and said I was next. So I finally got seen at 11:04am, and I'm in a bad mood. Luckily I had Sarah, and she was super nice and understanding after I told her I was sitting in the lobby for over 20 minutes. After the quick procedure, I checked out with the lady at the front desk and I asked her what happened to cause me to wait so long and she said "sorry about that" and that I wasn't checked in. Really? Why does this place even have a kiosk? This was my second time here. My first time was a lot better, with friendlier staff and a much more efficient experience. This second visit was weird. Painfully long wait and not very friendly front staff, like they were just herding people in and out like sheep.

They push packages on you, pressure you to commit immediately, and make you feel rushed into paying before you've even had time to think things through. Suddenly nobody would return my calls, and getting a response became almost impossible.l (including Kacie the supervisor at Santa Monica Site). I was ignored for over a week and only received a delayed email response instead of an actual phone call. Extremely unprofessional customer service. Be very careful before paying anything upfront here. They seem much more focused on locking people into expensive payments than providing good service or respecting their customers.
