What impressed me the most was how carefully they analyzed my facial expressions before doing anything. They didn't just inject in the usual spots. They actually asked me to make different expressions--raising my eyebrows, frowning, relaxing my face--and watched closely to see exactly where the muscles were working. Based on that, they explained where Botox would help and, just as importantly, where it was not necessary. That level of detail made me feel very comfortable because it was clear they were focused on natural results rather than simply using more product. I especially appreciated that they were conservative and thoughtful with the injections. They avoided placing Botox in areas that didn't truly need it, which made me feel like I was in very honest and experienced hands. Another pleasant surprise was how little the injections hurt. I was honestly expecting it to be more uncomfortable, but the technique was so gentle that it was much easier than I imagined. Overall, the entire experience felt very professional, careful, and trustworthy. If you're looking for a place that takes the time to understand your face and aims for natural-looking results, I would absolutely recommend them.

But then when I got into the actual facial procedure, it didn't go so well. I was assigned someone named Kyung. She used the needle/lancet A LOT. I had maybe one stubborn, deeper pimple, but the fact that she used a needle to puncture and squeeze a bunch of spots caused a lot of scarring/hyperpigmentation that's taken me over two weeks now to exfoliate and get rid of, and its not yet near to being clear. If their smaller ones that can be squeezed then a lot is normal- but the needle was used probably over 20 times. Not only that, but every time she spoke, it was always an attempt to get more money. First, it was asking if I wanted to buy a package or some sort of membership. She asked twice and kept on being pushy as she was doing the procedure. Next, she asked me to tip at least twice as well, and reminded me several times, even got the physical sign with her venmo/PayPal and showed it to me, to make sure I understood. Note that maybe had we made other small talk, then maybe, just maybe the way she was so pushy and trying to get more money out of me would be fine, but it was really every moment she spoke was an opportunity to get more money. It's a horrible feeling. That said, I wouldn't recommend trying, unless perhaps you're fluent in Korean and could veer the conversation to other things or speak more firmly when sold to.

Hands down, this was the most incredible skincare treatment I've ever had -- and trust me, I've had…read morequite the lineup over the years. I'm a self-proclaimed skincare snob and have done everything from leech therapy, microneedling, PRP, vampire facials, IPLs, various chemical peels, and a plethora of different lasers. I had been eyeing the Scarlet RF machine for about two years now and finally decided to pull the trigger, especially since my skin has been acting up the past six months in ways I've never seen before. After doing some research on Yelp, I found Reset Laser Clinic -- they had amazing reviews and offered the Scarlet RF treatment. I'm so glad I found them because WOW, I was beyond impressed. First of all, there was zero downtime -- and I saw instant results. My skin looked noticeably more plump and refreshed right after the treatment, and it continues to improve day by day. For anyone unfamiliar, the Scarlet RF microneedling machine improves skin tone, texture, and reduces the appearance of wrinkles and scars. It combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy to stimulate collagen production and tighten the skin. Results are immediate, but they keep getting better over the next six months! Reset Clinic also offers an amazing package that combines three treatments in one session: Scarlet RF, PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma): where your own blood is drawn, processed to concentrate the healing platelets, and then applied to boost regeneration and healing, Rejuran (Salmon DNA Therapy): a Korean skin booster that improves hydration, elasticity, and enhances the skin's natural healing processes. Another major plus: they have their own parking lot (huge bonus for K-Town!), and my treatment also included a bit of a massage, a head spa, and a mini facial -- it felt so luxurious. I went back to work the next day without any issues. No redness, no peeling, no downtime -- just noticeably healthier, plumper skin. I'm so happy with the results and definitely plan to return for other treatments at Reset. Not sponsored, by the way -- but I did chat with them afterward about my experience, and they generously offered a discount for my followers. If you mention 'JENNY', they'll give you $112 off the Scarlet RF treatment I had done! You can book with Jenny by DM'ing them on Instagram (@reset_laser_clinic) or by calling 213-455-1950 -- just let them know I sent you!

I've never experienced the so-called hollowing or loss of volume in my cheeks, and I've been very happy with the firmness and lifting results. The results also last for almost 20 months for me. What I especially appreciate about this clinic is that they never push unnecessary treatments. They focus on safety and only recommend what is actually appropriate and needed for my skin. I also get my skincare treatments from Elle, and she is amazing! She works on my shoulders, neck, and back with traditional Korean facial massage techniques, while also helping define my facial contours. She chooses different types of skincare equipment depending on my skin's condition, and the results have been so good that I now only use basic, affordable skincare products at home. My skin looks naturally clean, firm, and healthy, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this place!

I cannot recommend this place enough and am so thankful I came here…read more After doing a tonnnn of research and comparing CoolSculpting clinics, pricing, experience, and reviews, this place kept coming out on top, (even from ChatGPT!) so I said "Korean MedSpa in KTown with over thousands of sessions and Allergan-trained, AND the best price in town for their packages? Say less let's do it." Chloe was wonderful and responded the same day by text and personally called me to answer all of my questions. I had a lot after doing my homework, and she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. She sent me extremely clear instructions on parking and entrance and all these small things just make the entire experience more enjoyable and less brain-power to use which is always so appreciated. Joanne, who is Allergan-trained, originally from Korea, and has more than 10 years of CoolSculpting experience, was phenomenal during my consult. She assessed my body and contours with a real artist's eye and helped determine the best treatment plan for me without ever making it feel like a larger package was needed versus a smaller one. On treatment day, (exciting!) Joanne Keylsye and Tiffany made everything easy and super comfortable. They explained what to do before, during, and after treatment to get the best results and took great care of me throughout (wrapped like a baby in blankets and support pillows half the time haha!). On top of everything...their pricing was also at LEAST 30% better than several other clinics I researched, and yet their combined experience and training was high quality and top tier from ladies who have done over thousands of sessions of this and know how to do it properly. One thing that absolutely stood out was Joanne's incredible post-treatment massage. She takes it seriously and is very thorough, which was important to me after learning how much the massage can matter after CoolSculpting! Other clinic massages are weak compared to what she does and if you do the research, you'll see how much it actually matters with results. And do you want to pay more elsewhere for less results? That's what I thought. ;) I had a blast. I watched Korean cooking travel shows the entire time (even with Joanne haha! Giving me the Korean-scoop on all the places and food and her own history with Korea), took several naps, and was kept so comfortable I barely felt like I was there for a procedure. I'm genuinely grateful I found this MedSpa. Chloe, Joanne, Keylsye and Tiffany are extremely warm, professional, experienced, and clearly care about doing things properly. And it shows. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience. Definitely will be back soon. Gamsahamnidaaa!

It works beautifully for my face, and I always love how refreshed and sculpted my skin looks afterward. Sylvia is, without a doubt, my favorite esthetician. She has an exceptional technique and an incredibly gifted touch. There are moments when her hands move across my face so delicately that it feels as if she's playing a beautiful musical instrument--awakening and bringing my skin back to life. At other times, her fingers move with a quick, rhythmic precision, almost like a beautifully choreographed dance building toward a perfect finale. It's difficult to describe, but her hands seem to know exactly what my face needs. Her technique is both graceful and remarkably precise. I'm 100% satisfied with her skill and talent, and I'm honestly a huge fan of Sylvia! The spa itself is also wonderful. It's exceptionally clean, peaceful, and well organized, making it easy to completely relax during the treatment. The free parking inside the building is another great bonus. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly exceptional facial experience. My only selfish concern is that Sylvia will become so popular that she'll be impossible to book! I'm hoping she stays just busy enough--without getting too busy or tired--because I definitely want to keep coming back to her.

This review is so long overdue as I've been coming to Irene Skintopia for three years now, and I…read morehonestly can't say enough good things about this place. When I first came in, my skin barrier was in really bad shape from trying way too many products and doing way too much to my skin. They told me my skin barrier was super thin and needed a lot of TLC. After consistently coming here for the past three years, my skin barrier is SO much stronger, my skin is clearer, and so much more glowy. I only wear a tiny bit of concealer in my day to day and get SO many compliments on my skin now. This was not the case before and I owe it all to Joy (my facialist)! Joy is my facialist, and she is truly the best. I absolutely love seeing her and look forward to every facial. Her treatments feel like a combination of a lymphatic drainage massage, extractions, and LDM all in one. It's so relaxing, but at the same time, I always leave feeling like my skin has actually been taken care of and reset. She knows my skin so well and always knows exactly what I need. Anytime I have an emerging pimple, it completely disappears after my facial because of her work. I also get microneedling here about once a month or every other month, and it has completely transformed my skin texture. I really appreciate that they don't just do the same thing every time, they look at what my skin needs and will add things like red light therapy or whatever they think will help with healing and getting the best results. I also get Botox here, and this is genuinely the best place I've ever gone for Botox. I've had some pretty bad Botox experiences in the past, including in Korea, where I really hated how it looked. At Irene's, my Botox is always done very conservatively and naturally. I still look like myself, just more refreshed. And to top it off, the entire staff is amazing. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and I especially love seeing Irene and Edward there. Every time I walk in, they greet me with the biggest smiles, and they are just the sweetest, nicest people. You can really tell that everyone here genuinely cares about their clients. After three years of coming here, I truly trust Irene's Skintopia with my skin. They've helped me repair my skin barrier, keep my skin clear, improve my texture, and maintain results that still look natural. It is worth every single penny, and I'm so grateful I found this place. I recommend them to everyone!

Irene's Skintopia made the appointments easy, and they were very friendly. She made it look easy peasy! :) I was able to see the procedure and staff helped record video of it, and we all laughed because it was like Dr.Pimplepoppers. AWWW It was so satisfying to see millia popping out like a ping pong balls. We squashed it and said ewww. lol. The lymphatic massage was AMAZING--super relaxing but also sculpting. I did the anti-aging treatment and she used a machine that gave me a noticeable lift.
