The month prior to the party, we met at the site and walked the space to get a visual of where everything was going and all extra details. The day of the grad party, Erika and her assist, Suzy, arrived on time and ready to set up. We had ordered: entrance signage and balloons out front of the venue, five balloon bunches as table toppers, a large gold ring w/ balloons and a cream lounge chair, I even ordered tablecloths for the dining tables from Erika. The balloon gold ring back drop (for the photo ops) was SO adorable, everyone loved it. The table balloon bunches were perfect on the dining tables and the ribbons too, on the bunches were beautiful, many strings of ribbon and bows. It was beyond perfection and made the room so adorable. Erika and Suzy also came back after the party was over and gathered their items and helped tear down the balloons, which I really appreciated. The two ladies go above and beyond. If you are planning a party and are even thinking of decor ideas, reach out to Erika.

I found Sacramento Balloon Co. through Google when looking for a helium tank rental near me for an…read moreupcoming kids party and am so glad I did! The pricing on Sacramento Balloon Co.'s website seemed really reasonable for renting a tank compared to the pricing of buying a highly rated helium tank online. I called Sacramento Balloon Co. to reserve a helium tank and the phone was answered really quickly. It was a quick call in which my questions were answered about sizing of the tanks and my tank was reserved for pick up the day before the party. On day of pick-up, I arrived on time and conveniently parked in the lot right in front of the business. I walked in and was greeted shortly thereafter by the same man who I believe I talked to on the phone. The store has various styles balloons for sale and a small selection of party items as well. My helium tank was ready for me by the register and I was quickly but thoroughly shown how to use the helium tank and recommended to lay it down on the car floor board while transporting it. We also talked about the types of balloons I was planning on filling up and learned a couple things about balloons during the process. I paid for the tank rental (including a refundable charge) and was on my way. The day of the party, the tank worked as expected and everything went smoothly! I dropped the tank off exactly one week after picking it up. At this time I was refunded the refundable charge for dropping it off. Overall, great service, convenient, friendly, knowledgeable, and great value! I'll definitely rent helium tanks from Sacramento Balloon Co. in the future and will use them for all of my balloon needs too.

I am used to it and plan to not be in any room that recently had balloons due to the powder in the air. The man (I forgot his name) who came to set it all up was very nice as well. Some of the balloons at the bottom eventually popped but it was ridiculously hot when we had the party and considering how high the temperature was, most of the balloon garland stayed intact. The pricing is also not ridiculously high compared to others. Cons: Communication could have been a little better. The owner, Jessica, is sweet. We did, however, encounter communication mishaps such as delayed responses and some confusion and part of it was my mistake as I still haven't updated my Yelp account to my current legal name. We got that straightened out but communication still didn't improve much. I understand we're all busy (especially their weekends) but I wanted all the details and planning squared away ahead of the event to get it out of the way. It was anxiety-inducing for me. Overall, it was good working with them.
