The month prior to the party, we met at the site and walked the space to get a visual of where everything was going and all extra details. The day of the grad party, Erika and her assist, Suzy, arrived on time and ready to set up. We had ordered: entrance signage and balloons out front of the venue, five balloon bunches as table toppers, a large gold ring w/ balloons and a cream lounge chair, I even ordered tablecloths for the dining tables from Erika. The balloon gold ring back drop (for the photo ops) was SO adorable, everyone loved it. The table balloon bunches were perfect on the dining tables and the ribbons too, on the bunches were beautiful, many strings of ribbon and bows. It was beyond perfection and made the room so adorable. Erika and Suzy also came back after the party was over and gathered their items and helped tear down the balloons, which I really appreciated. Throughout the planning process, whether I reached out by phone or text, they were always quick to respond, followed up consistently, and addressed every question and concern I had. I booked an Afghan wedding for 200 guests, and planning an event of that size can be overwhelming, but they made it feel effortless. I visited the venue several times with family and loved ones to get opinions, visualize different layouts, and see other event setups. Despite all of our visits and endless questions, Ziarmal and Waqar were always patient, welcoming, and happy to help. Their kindness and professionalism never wavered. The arcade games are so short and so expensive for the time you get to play, and no prizes to win, just money down the drain with the stupid pre paid cards that you don't know how much is left on it. The play structure has a super unsafe feature at the front, the Mario challenge wall, I saw multiple kids probably 8 year olds climb ABOVE the Mario structure where it's a full story high and they would be seriously hurt if they fell. My last complaint is that the staff did not keep a close enough eye on the gate to make sure kids don't escape. I saw the gate just hang open as the staff chatted with each other and not watching to keep it closed. On a positive note, the play structure itself is very large and a lot of exploring opportunities for toddlers and kids,lots of slides. Structures tall enough that parents can follow a two year old almost anywhere in the structure. The place has potential to be better and safer, but I'm sticking to Enchanted for my kids, it's safer for toddlers.
