From reading some of these reviews, maybe I am glad they did not reply back. I probably would never have seen my deposit, not even a return phone call. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise that they didn't return my call. I would've been screwed either way. Shame on this salon.

She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. She is so bubbly and fun to talk to and she is an expert in her field. I have never learned so much about hair ever in my life! Even for styling, she gave so many tips. Hanh, you should consider teaching if you ever plan to! Overall, I am a happy customer that left with beautiful voluminous hair. Will be back for a maintenance cut and a fun girly chat!

THE BEST If I could…read moregive her 10 stars, I absolutely would. I literally just got my haircut and had to write this review before even leaving, she's that good. I'll admit, I was pretty nervous going in since I hadn't had a haircut in years. My hair is straight, flat, and typically hard to style, and I was hoping to add some volume and soft curls but wasn't sure what would actually work. Hanh immediately put me at ease with her warm, funny, and welcoming personality. She's genuinely so kind. During the consultation, she really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped refine my ideas into something even better. I walked away feeling confident and excited instead of anxious. I showed her a few inspiration photos, and she didn't just match them--she completely exceeded them. She absolutely nailed the look, even better than I imagined. I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserved one. I'll definitely be coming back to her again!

Ok, so let me start by saying, MY HAIR HAS NORMT SEEN 1 good day since before these "Pandemic…read moreTimes" got ahold of it since before lock down last year! I have bounced around trying to find 1 decent stylist to get my hair back in shape, and it has only gotten worse along the way! It has been put through it all and by time I found Elizabeth, I was desperate for any fix that would not further over-process my fragile hair. Elizabeth was patient as I explained that I was dreading the idea of having one dark color put all over my head as a previous stylist recommended. She assured me that she could infuse the bleach with some bond stuff (which is apparently some restorative serum for bleaching), and safely paint me lighter around my face. Elizabeth delivered with the most seamless hilights I've ever received. She glossed/cut/and deep conditioned the rest of my brassy head. My expectations were highly exceeded, in half as much time as I've ever waited to have my hair colored in a salon. I have my standing 8 week appointment booked with Elizabeth going forward because my time and money is too valuable to settle for crapy hair ever again!

Ariel comes in and has an appointment with the lady who was sitting next to me. She sees me there and asks me if I needed help. With a smile on her face the entire time. This is the customer service that is needed. It makes you feel welcomed and makes your day better. I will definitely be back for future appointments.
