We stopped here on our way to Oklahoma City and we left so satisfied that we even packed dinner from here to eat in Oklahoma!! This amazing place opened not too long ago and has a lot of menu options to try out. When you walk in, it's clean, simple and has a decent size dining area with the kitchen in the back. Our server was the kindest person. She explained the menu and helped us pick our dishes. Prices were pretty comparable to KC, about the same as Vietnamese spots in KC with dishes starting out around $14. We ordered grilled pork and steamed shrimp fresh spring rolls for appetizers and then for the main course I got the beef pho and my husband got the vermicelli noodles with grilled pork, fried shrimp, spring rolls and veggies. I asked her if she could bring a little extra beans sprouts, cilantro and basil leaves with jalapeño pieces to add to my pho, and she just didn't even charge extra for it. That kind of kindness is missing nowdays because everyone up charges for the smallest extra condiment, but here they really serve from their heart. Everything we ate was extremely fresh and tasted amazing. We loved it so much that we ordered two more vermicelli bowls to take with us for dinner!! (Our dinner was satisfying as well) And again, she packed extra condiments for free and told me not to take the leftover plate of free condiments she had given earlier. That really blew my mind. It's small things like this that tell you how good the business is and if they really care about their customers. I highly recommend this spot to everyone passing through Wichita and even the locals. Please visit and show them some love - I bet you enjoy the food. Hands down the best Vietnamese place in Wichita!!

I also got the crab wonton rolls. The chicken has a good flavor, actually, everything has a good flavor. My only issue and it's not the restaurants fault but it took a minute to get to my place. I think the driver may have gotten mixed up with the directions. This caused the food to not be so hot and crispy. With that being said... Maybe the restaurant can place everything in foil so that things like the egroll, chicken and wontons will stay crispy. The sauce was thin and light so the flavor was not strong. The duck sauce was really good though. I will definitely give this restaurant another try.
