As a guy turns up claiming to be the Manager, the least I expected was an apology first to start the conversation, but of course not. Instead, without even letting me speak, he tries to offer me a 'smallish cake with a candle' as a compensation, just because we were celebrating an occasion that he had no clue about. I literally had to ask him to shut up! and chose not to speak any further. We ended up spending over £300 for an awful experience that literally left me frustrated and worried, thinking what if the kids, elderly or even anyone else around swallowed that sharp staple pin....yet no apology was offered. For some reason as I write this review, it upsets me even more bring back that whole experience in my mind. This has now been formally reported to FHRS at the St Albans District Council for further investigation.
