We visited Thai Pepper tonight for dinner. I seriously don't know how this restaurant had such a high rating because it was the worst experience of my life. I'm far from being a foodie but the dinner was just gross. I simply like eating at places that offer food that I can't reasonably make at home. 1. There was no customer service, no friendly greetings by the waitress etc.. 2. I ordered the Spicy Beef Salad which was pitiful. It was a literally a bowl of iceberg lettuce, onions, scallions, cucumbers, tomatoes and sliced beef. However, half the bowl was underwater in some thai dressing which made everything soggy. 3. My husband ordered the Samurai roll which is eel, crab, salmon, cream cheese, scallions to be lightly battered and flash fried. He got his plate and there was a pool of oil underneath the roll. It was waaaaay overcooked to the point where the cream cheese was melted and you could see that the rice had absorbed the oil. It's like this place has NO pride in their food. Wouldn't eat here if it was the only restaurant within 100 miles. read more

Wonderful Thai food. As far as Thai food goes, this is absolutely my favorite restaurant in the area. The staff is friendly and quick. Often I will call ahead an order after a long day at work, pick it up and take it home, where it's just as delicious. But let's talk about the food itself. The Tom Ka coconut soup is absolutely delicious! It strikes the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. As an appetizer, I love the Crab Siam - it's similar to a crab rangoon, except the filling resides inside a spring roll type wrapper and comes with a sweet and spicy sauce! Finally, to the main courses; I am absolutely wild about their Panang Curry. This curry is made from coconut milk and is very hearty. If you could taste a hug, this would be what it tastes like. It's warm in both temperature and spice and typically has bell peppers and the meat of your choice. I ask them to add broccoli because it's my favorite veggie. Cashews also make a great addition! Next up is the Pad Thai; this dish is a great choice for those new to Thai food. It isn't very spicy, but has wonderful peanut flavors. However, if you're feeling adventurous, you can always ask them to bring out the spice rack and bring on the heat until your heart's content! Finally, they have a full-service sushi bar! Well, I say it's full-service because not all sushi restaurants offer uni (my personal favorite) but this one does. The seafood is incredibly fresh and should satisfy any sushi lover. All in all, go visit Thai Pepper - even if you've never tried Thai before, this restaurant could certainly make you a fan! read more

It's hard to find chaing Mai noodles in general and they have it! A lot of Thai places don't So was stoked to see it and taste wasn't the best but not the worst! Would get it again for sure!! And the appetizer was good some coco soup and a fried egg roll thing. Thai coffee good. I'd give it 5 but interior could be better but foods the main thing. This restaurant has the best sushi in the Warner Robins area, hands down. This place is so accommodating, as well. My wife and I were sat at a poorly placed booth they had in the back by the kitchen door, and immediately set us up a table in a more comfortable surrounding, with a full restaurant. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys sushi and great staff. They are also willing to replace ingredients in the sushi, which works great for me since I am a big cucumber fan. I've eaten here many times over the last several years. I liked them before the recent(ish) remodel and I like them after. Everything I've had here has been excellent. They have the best Pad Thai in town, but my favorite dish is Thai Basil, Level 4 spicy. Speaking of their spices, I have no idea what they use, but it's fantastic. It's clear they don't just grab a bottle of red pepper flakes from the grocery store and pour it on (like at other places here in town...). The spice flavor is clearly cooked into the food, which gives it not only an appropriate amount of heat but also gives the dish good texture. Their soups and eggrolls are also really good. This used to be our favorite Thai place. Not anymore. My DUI noodles were hard; they were either left over or not properly cooked. The Tom Ka soup was OK, but im used to much better. This was my first time eating at this Thai place, but I don't think I will return. The food was horrible! I have tired Thai food at many different locations but this was by far the worst tasting...there was no taste! Thai food is supposed to have different spices but we could (my party) not taste anything! It was either super bland or super Spicy! I remember loving Thai Pepper when it first opened. I recently moved back to the area and had a craving for Thai food. I ordered take out and the order was out quickly. My husband and I were disappointed when we dug into our meals. He ordered the spicy tuna roll and I had the pad Thai. My pad Thai was so bland that I couldn't even finish it. The chicken and noodles tasted depressing. Seriously, it had no flavor whatsoever. I didn't even know that it was possible to get pad Thai so wrong. The spicy tuna roll was also bland--didn't know that was possible either. We also ordered summer rolls and they were decent. They were huge, so that's a plus. We won't be back again. I wish I had read the previous negative reviews before ordering. It seems that this is the norm. read more

The food was just okay. It might have been great but since the service was terrible it makes the food quality go out the window for me. There was a man with glasses sitting behind the counter that didn't want to be bothered with us. He was just sitting there, so we thought since our waitress was busy we could ask for his help.
