I haven't got the photos anymore of the food we had but we had an amazing experience here. I love…read moreThai food and my boyfriend had never tried it before going here. We had been there for the day and were walking around looking for somewhere to go when I spotted this place. I seen the menu, and the old building from the outside made me fall in love. I begged could we go.. And he made us walk past, before finally agreeing it sounded "alright." Fast forward about two hours later, two stolen shot glasses and he was converted. We sat near the back, on a cosy table in a really nicely decorated part of the restaurant. We had such a nice meal! I had chicken pad thai, I played it safe as it was our first time there but it was amazing. We had really good starters too I think pork was one and chicken wings, I just can't remember for sure. Id never had sticky rice before being here either and I wouldn't have Thai food without it now. We had a bottle of wine, but to the staffs shock horror we must have had about 6 shots of whiskey each too as well as other drinks. They were probably glad when we left! We had such a great night and I was so disappointed when we returned one Sunday, the restaurant hadn't opened yet and we had to go somewhere else :(

We went on a Thursday evening and were surprised that the restaurant was full by 7pm. The service friendly and efficient. The food was good quality, the portion size was good and all the food we ordered tasted great. They have outdoor seating a well as several rooms inside the restaurant.

Without doubt the best Thai restaurant in Worcester…read more Try the "Weeping Tiger" a favourite of ours.

I live in Worcester and this is my favorite restaurant in the area. Definately the best Thai…read morerestaurant in Worcester. I have become a regular at Siam Smile because I like the food and staff so much. I dine out quite a lot (3 or 4 times a week) and have tried as many restaurants in the area as possible but I keep going back to Siam Smile. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the food is always excellent. You can order the same dish on 2 occasions and it won't taste exactly the same, which I think is a testament to the fresh preparation of each dish and skill of the chef and one reason why repeat visits do not become boring. I love the Tom Yum soup particularly and the curry is always spot on. The Thai deserts are also a bit special and I would recommend trying the coconut creme. Thai cuisine relies on many different flavors in each dish and i have yet to come across another restaurant that can actually finely balance the heady mixture of ingredients the way they do at Siam Smile. Also the food there is never greasy in the way that many sub-standard oriental food outlets' dishes tend to be. I've eaten at Siam Smile so many times now, and become friends with the staff, that i invite the chef and manager to my house when we have barbecues. So maybe I'm a bit biased. But I did become friends with the staff because the food was so good and i kept going back to the place so often.I think that's probably fair enough. Is it? I always recommend Siam Smile to acquaintances and bring friends there to show them how good the food is and so far every single one has agreed.

We visited this restaurant on a day out to Ludlow on Bank Holiday. The restaurant is tucked away…read morejust in a side street off the market square. It is in a courtyard setting which used to be a pub. There is an alley with the bar one side and the main restaurant on the other side. Couldn't get into main restaurant as it was fully booked. So was offered a table in the adjacent Globe Bar which serves Thai Tapas and acts as a stand alone bar. As we are both disabled the waiting on staff offered us a ramp up into the bar. We ordered our meal at the bar and was offered Thai Prawn crackers with a chilli dip for £2. Shortly after arriving and tucking into the Crackers our meals arrived. These were very well presented on square plates. My wife ordered a Thai Green curry which she found to be a bit too hot to her liking, I ordered a mild stir fry with chicken and cashew nut so we swapped. My curry was indeed even too hot to my taste but netherless it was very tasty and chicken was very tender and not dry. My wife's carer ordered a similar dish to myself with prawns and muscles. All the meals came with ample helpings of rice which was included in price of meal which is very good as it is usually charged for seperately. It was all very nice. We have been to upmarket restaurants in central Birmingham and this is 10 times better. Would definitely go there again as the food was very good and would recommend it to any of our friends. One downside is their access, as they do not have a wheelchair accessible toilet, although the staff are friendly and helpful. And as the food was so nice it didn't really bother us. We visited there in the evening, but would go for lunch there next time. For 2 courses for £10 you can't really complain. If you have not been before Ludlow is a beautiful town and well worth the long trip even just for the scenery. Clee hill gives you very good views.
