I'm not sure if they say the menu has old prices to rip off the tourists. Entrees on the menu were about 22 each which is reasonable, acceptable, and expected. That said, the food was fine. It was not exceptional, but it certainly was fine. Portions were small - a scoop of rice in a bowl with a small amount of curry. As an aside, water was only served in bottles and when we we asked for tap water were told it is not available. we reminded them that they had it in the sink and they grudgingly brought us a very small carafe of water.
