Amazing food especially the Pad Thai (in my opinion one of the best in the eastern suburbs)…read more Insanely good prices and super quick service for good food. Would recommend. They are however, not open on Sundays despite what their description says.

The interior is very colourful and bright which isn't the standard for Thai places. The venue highlights the fact that they make contributions to help support Thai children in need of aid. So you can eat and feel as though your contributing a little towards helping out underprivileged youths. The menu is full of classics like Tom Yum, Pad Thai, various stir fry and noodle options. They offer $9 specials all day everyday. I decided to order Tom Yum Vegetable Soup with Mushrooms and Tofu as well as a Beef Salad. The menu offers really cheap eats. The soup was $6 and the Beef Salad was $11. The Tom Yum Soup was one of the best I have had in a long day. So spicy it had me grabbing for the tissues and water. Packed with fresh vegetables like broccoli, snow peas, mushrooms and plenty of chilli's. Great choice from the menu and would go back again just for this. The beef salad didn't look amazing on first look but the Salad was surprisingly good too. It had lots of tomatoes, spring onions, cucumber, carrots and capsicums. The sauce was really delicious but it wasn't really mixed into the salad and sat at the bottom of the dish. Packed with Beef this is a really good low carb option for the health conscious. Nice friendly staff and good menu options make this place a great option to try if your in Bondi.

This fabulous casual Thai restaurant servesreally good food, the best Thai food I've had in the East!Large portions, good service, can't easily be beat! From the street, you'll notice that the restaurant is not big, nor have a discerning influence on the culinary aspects of Rose Bay. This new find in Rose Bay has already started to make a strong presence in the discerning Rose Bay/Bondi restaurant scene. If you're heading there on the weekend, especially Saturday night, try to call ahead for a table, or you may end up waiting, as it gets very busy. We demolished a veggie pad siew; a beef pad sieuw; BBQ chicken salad; and the duck salad. The portion sizes were generous and the chefs know what they are doing, the meals come out quickly and surprisingly for a Thai restaurant, the place takes credit cards! Go Blue Monkey! Chimp chimp

I guess one thing you need is a good product - and Blue Monkey Thai does deliver. Their ingredients are super fresh and their dishes are full of flavour. Besides their great choices on the menu - one thing I can guarantee is you will NOT go hungry. They are not scared of big portions sizes and so I suggest sharing or taking some home for next day left over snacking, It's a little bit pricey with dishes costing around $20 (which is a bit for Thai) but as I mentioned you're getting BIG DELICIOUS PORTIONS and so I consider it to be good value.

Less menu from what I understand. We ordered Omelette Chicken with rice on the side, Pad Thai, Grapao Chicken basil, Crab fried rice. Omelette was good, tasty and good portion. Chicken basil leaf was also good, similar to Chicken Mint Leaf in US. Pad Thai was slightly different, probably due this location. No minced peanut on side and noodle on soggy side. Crab Fried Rice was also good. Overall good and tasty Thai food. Reasonable portion and price. FYI, tip is compulsary in OZ, however it's a starting trend now. Tip jar and tip line on receipt. Service was excellent. "Fast food" OZ style meaning small dining area. If I feel like Thai then this is my number one go to, I don't think I've tried any other Thai restaurants in the Eastern Suburbs. Secondly, it's a 30 second walk from my house, which probably contributes a lot to my first point but the pad see ew is too good to pass up. Their fish cakes are also juicy and full of flavour. Thirdly, the Randwick restaurant is uber cute as it's small and exclusive except everyone knows about it and it's constantly busy. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is lively. Great for all occasions.

Light and flavorful. Then the tangy Tom Yum soup. Very potent and fresh. The "shrimply" delicious was just delectable. If the chewy brown rice is your thing - oh yeah u will love this one. My friends tried the chicken green curry and found it flavorful but a little less spicy to their taste. Be warned - meat is not Halal. I stuck to seafood which is cooked separately we were assured. We just couldn't manage deserts but they looked inviting as well. The restaurant even goes on to advert the Deseret - "life is short : start with the deserts"

The names of the dishes were adorable, the owners must have had a bit of fun coming up with them! We got Panang with a Bang! (panang curry) and Razzle Dazzle (chili & basil stir-fry). Both were great but I preferred the stir-fry as it had the perfect amount of garlicy goodness. With any of the dishes you are able to choose your option of tofu, chicken, beef, pork, prawns or seafood, although it includes a protein in the dish description it is easily substituted. The tofu was a true standout here and not like any other. It was ever so slightly crisp on the outer with a soft, melting inside which was heavenly in the stir-fry. Jasmine rice is $2.50pp and refillable, which you most likely will have to do as they start off small. There weren't too many people on a weeknight but it seemed takeaway was a popular choice. Staff were lovely and quite attentive.
