This place has a great selection of import beer and other drinks so I got a sapporo with my roasted duck curry. The curry was delicious and the perfect level of spice for me which you can also choose and the duck meat was high quality and flavorful. My all time favorite place to eat in all of NWA. Every time I go in for lunch, it is jam packed! However during the dinner service, it never sees the same traffic, which has always baffled me. I recommend the fried spring rolls as an appetizer, the beef and mixed veggies or the pad Thai and the caterpillar roll is my favorite. The staff is super friendly, especially the owners because they always be sure to go around and talk to the costumers even though their English isn't the best. One of my favorite Thai joints in the area. It's a little off the map and you have to drive over to Springdale to get there, but it's worth it. The food is authentic and the menu is vast. While they do have sushi, stick to the regular entrees, cause there's better sushi in town. A fun imported beer selection and a casual "joint" atmosphere, complete with rice paper windows, makes this a great place for lunch with friends. Though like most Thai places, they aren't open from 2pm-5pm, which is usually the only time I crave it. Best Thai restaurant in NWA. I have been to many Thai restaurants all over the US. I love Thai food and try it everywhere I go. This is still my favorite. The basics like curry, Pad Thai, and Drunken Noodle are really good. Their seasoning is great and you can get it as hot as you want. I like it #5 hot. Service is great with the local owners always remembering you and treating you nice. Not sure what the other reviewers had that they didn't like. I bring everyone I know here and have not had an unhappy customer yet. The only other Thai restaurant in the area that is close to this one is Esan in Springdale. Expected a much different experience based on previous reviews, but was disappointed. The owners are very pleasant and welcoming, but the food while not "bad", didn't come close to the true Thai taste I'm well acquainted with. I had a summer roll that was good, just not near as fresh as I'm used to, this was however the best part of the meal. I had the Gang Dang red curry entree, but it was the most tasteless red curry I've ever had at any Thai restaurant. Mostly a plain coconut milk taste with very little seasoning or curry. There were others there that seemed to be having a pleasant dining experience, but based on other Thai restaurants in NWA, I won't be eating here again. My favorite Thai restaurant with the most genuine Thai dining is Thai Town in Rogers on South 71B. ...and yes, I've been to Thailand and know how real Thai is supposed to taste. Try Thai Town and experience the real deal! I'm not affiliated with Thai Town in any way, just a very pleased customer. I wish Pattaya Thai the best. Ate dinner here for first time. Place was empty at 5:30 pm on a Tuesday evening. Say at booth and given menu. Ordered the fresh spring rolls which come with a sweet sauce and a peanut based sauce. Tried both and couldn't decide which I liked better I like the fresh better than the deep fried. Ordered the baked avocado with spicy salmon. It is served on a board with wasabi and ginger. I had waitress bring me a bowl so when I scooped it , the avocado didn't slide every where. The avocado wasn't quite ripe so it was harder than it should have been served. Ordered the spicy lobster roll. It was a sizable portion ($15.99). Obviously not real lobster but still very good and plenty spicy. Waitress would come by and remove any dish or utensils we finished with. Not sure if she was bored or what. Got the check and luckily I checked as it was not my check ( double my amount) and there was no one there eating to match the check... Not sure if it was a real accident or what... Just weird... If you like some good Thai food, you'll like Pattaya. Pattaya is place that does not seem like much at first, but once you try it out, you will be sure to realize it is a pearl within a clam shell. Generally, all Thai is the same food recipe whoever you good and Pattaya does not stray far from that. Though that may sound like a bad thing, the Thai recipes have been proven to be more than delicious. Craved Thai and this was closest to house. Placed order on-line through their website. Arrived about 20-minutes later and they were not sure of my order. Once confirmed they started cooking. Another 20-minutes waiting. Ordered dumplings appetizer and it was good. very meaty and not only steamed but a little toasty. The Panang was also tasty but very thin. Vegetables and chicken were great but just not enough. Sticky rice addition was vary good to add substance and flavor. The Pad Lew was the most disappointing. Noodles were undercooked and stuck together making it very hard to eat. The cabbage was also undercooked making it seem almost a salad. Pork was really good and the sauce was perfect but the vegetable execution was not consistent. I might try again though would give other local Thai places a chance first. Service was OK through drive thru but might try to institute a text when ready option to keep you from continuing to drive thru to check on order. read more

Went in for lunch wanting some sushi, the waitress was mediocre at best. The sushi wasn't much better either. I got the sushi lunch combo for $14 and it includes a bowl of miso soup. The rolls were super tiny, and falling apart and left hungry. Not sure if it is always this way, but it seemed like they had a 12 year old back there making the sushi. Overall it was not worth $14 when I could have gone to a local buffet here for less and eaten unlimited amounts of better quality sushi amongst other side items. I wanted pad Thai and sushi, however there was no combo for that and if I were to get both I would have left paying $30 just for me, super pricey for what you get. read more

I have ordered from here for about 2 1/2 years. They constantly get my order wrong and never refund! It is usually a small mistake that I can overlook. However, this time they completely screwed the order up. I ordered off of the Waitr delivery app thinking it was just me that they didn't like but apparently they mess up orders quite often. I will no longer eat at this location. The location in Roger's was great! I would give it ten stars compared to Springdale!! Great staff, great service, great presentation!! First time trying this place, the outside looks like a dive & the phone wasn't working(?), So that left the drive thru option wide open. I was met quickly at the window & ordered Crab Rangoon & fresh Spring rolls. The appetizer sampler platter wasn't available (again,?) I drove around the small bldg to the 2nd p/u window and my order arrived quickly & correctly, the spring rolls were huge & had large shrimp & a few bites of tender white meat chicken breast in each roll. 2 peanut sauces were included. The crab Rangoon was sizzling in its container, a thoughtful cook punched 3 vent holes to allow condensation to escape & the wonton wrappers stay crisp & yummy. A light fish sauce & a house made pineapple citrus sweet & sour sauce were pro for the 7 large wontons. I can't wait to try the lunch specials. This place has been my Thai favorite for over 12 years. Sometimes eating there 2 and even been known to visit 3 times in a week. This is a week for 2 visits. The 1st was just okay. Everyone has an off day. Instead of using the usual Thai chili's jalapeño's were used. I didn't go to a Mexican restaurant. The food was just okay. Let me start off my review by saying this is solely about the Springdale Pattaya location because the one in Rogers has been nothing but excellent. I'll start with the positives - I eat pattaya 1-2x/week. That's how much I love the food. I primarily go to the Rogers location but the springdale one is closer for me. We always start off with the steamed dumplings which are delicious. Our entrees usually consist of fried rice and massaman curry which is also equally wonderful. Prices are also reasonable and for the amount and quality of food it is definitely worth a visit (speaking positively of the Rogers location of course). The first time I went to Springdale Pattaya they charged us for 4 drinks when we only ordered 2. We told the server and she hastily took the check to remove it but came back reflecting 3 drinks, not the 2 we ordered. We let it go and just paid for it thinking they charged for refills. The 2nd visit, our appetizer didnt come until after our entrees did but only because we had to remind them. My curry also came with cashews which I specified I did not want. I hate most types of nuts so I was disappointed when they forgot to remove them. Instead of saying anything, I just ate around them but if I had any type of allergy it could have easily become a problem. Another thing to note is we didn't have additional drink charges like we did last time so we were over charged the previous visit. We decided to go again for lunch for a 3rd time but this is certainly my last. Seems like every time we visit it's always something. This final time our appetizer AND our egg rolls were cold and I ordered shrimp with my curry but got chicken. The waitresses are far from personable too. We never have any issues at the other location with service or food quality so I certainly won't be coming back here. read more

I've been meaning to visit this place for quite some time; the online reviews tend to be good. I've driven by a million times without a second thought. I was doing some shopping in Springdale so I decided to stop and give it a try. The interior is small, with what appears to be park benches for seats, but it looked clean and the gentleman who seated us was kind. We ordered an appetizer sampler which came with two small pieces of tempura shrimp, two cream cheese wantons, and four chicken dumplings. For $8 the size was surprisingly small. The taste was what you'd expect of a mostly fried appetizer spread at an Asian restaurant; nothing extraordinary. We ordered another appetizer of steamed dumplings which came with four. They were, again, pretty average. We ordered two Asian fusion sushi rolls; which means they have more ingredients than your typical; the rolls were $16 apiece. The sushi rolls were fine, the quality was average. All in all, our check was $52 for 1 soda, 1 appetizer sampler, 1 dumpling order, and two sushi rolls... And we ate on a park bench. The food was decent, not bad by any means-- but for the price we paid we felt it would be better spent down the road at Blue Fin or at Sushi House in Bentonville. We didn't feel like we received a good quality for our money. Service was fine-- waiters/waitresses were friendly enough. Food wait time was average. The quality for the price just was not there for us. Maybe the prepared Thai dishes are a better quality? Who knows. We won't be back. read more

This is probably the best Thai place I've been to in NWA. I've eaten at a place in Siloam Springs and Fayetteville; this is my favorite. They have the best pad thai with a hint of lime, but mainly the peanut sauce is excellent. The other dish I've tried was duck stir fried in a sweet peanut sauce, also delicious. For dessert, I had the mango sticky rice - also very yummy. No I didn't eat all this during one visit, I've been back a few times. read more

Best Thai in the area! The pad thai is amazing. Another favorite is the noodle soup with beef. (Pho for the experienced thai food lovers) The owners are very friendly and are always quick. Great choice for lunch (Maybe not cozy enough for dinner), and you can tell by the occupancy, always busy. Not all Thai places offer fresh Chili's (prik nam pla; chili water fish) in soy sauce on the side. This one does (if you ask for it). Good selection on the menu. Friendly fast service. read more
