I asked for asymmetrical bob. They quickly said yes to the reference photo. Thai cuts my hair and Trang colors it. They helped me decide on Taro Milk Tea color to compliment my skin tone. They also sell affordable purple shampoo and fancy conditioners. Trang walked me thru care process to maximum the taro color. She was super patient with all my questions. Service was friendly, quick, kind, and informative. I have 32 ear piercings and they were super gentle not to hurt me. This is really important because i have left 3 other salons for rough handling. The entire cut and color process took 7.5 hours (2 bleaches, 1 color deposit, and 4 hair washes) because I arrived with long dark brown hair. It was worth the full day. I highly recommend this salon and I will be coming back soon. Appointments are needed because they stay busy. Parking is difficult so be ready. read more

It's honestly break my heart to write this review I'm his customer since 2019 , he very take care his customers before , until 2024 his employee dye my hair very badly , the color not stay on my hair , the color gone after 1-2 wash and stuck on my towels and my t shirt . I was text him about that problem but I think that ok - forgot about it not big deal . Until now I have a same problem again , my hair color is split into two different colors after 1 wash . He said I'm not BLEACH my hair that why I got like that , ok . . BLEACH or Not you will know how to fix that . The problem is you used cheap product on my hair , that why the color easy gone after one wash . Your answer doesn't make sense . I have been to many hair salons but never had a case like this. I've been coming to this salon for years, and they continue to be amazing every single time. The staff are incredibly kind and amazing, they truly make you feel taken care of throughout your appointment. During the sessions they always offer water and snacks and regularly check in, which makes the experience so comfortable. I had went in with black dyed hair and was able to leave the same day with a beige brunette color that I had no clue I could do. Highly recommend!!! read more

The owner has skill and the prices are reasonable, but the service is awful. Appointments mean absolutely nothing here. Every time I've come in with an appointment, I've been forced to wait. My last visit was the worst. I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment for color and a haircut and arrived early at 10:50. A walk-in customer came in after me with no appointment. At 11:30, the owner decided to take the walk-in first because it was "faster," assuming I would just wait again like always. When I complained, the only response I got was a careless "Sorry." No explanation. No attempt to fix the situation. I walked out at 11:45 after wasting almost an hour of my time. If you are free all day and don't mind waiting, then maybe this place is for you. The owner does have skill, but I value service and respect for my time. Unfortunately, this salon does not provide that. read more

Reasonable prices, good haircuts and root touch ups. Why the 3 stars? I was led to a washing station and as I laid my head in the basin, the stylist started fishing out perm rods! What in the what?! So unsanitary. I sat there for 30 minutes after my appointment as he cut another client's hair. I debated leaving and finally did. Sad, I hoped this would be my go to salon. read more

I have been here 3 times and this is the first time I write a review. I had a party upcoming so I wanted to get my hair cut and dyed Asap. I just called and booked an appointment with them 1 day in advance. I showed up on time and they took me in right away (I hate when shops take walk-in customers then delay reserved customers). Thai recommended me to dye my 2 twice to get the red cherry color I wanted (fyi I dyed red 3 times and did not get my hair done for 7 months so my orginal black hair grew out pretty long). He told me the pros and cons of dying hair in one go and two times, then let me decide. While dying my hair, a young lady always asked me how I felt, if the bleach hurt me, checked up on my hair and my timer multiple times. Then Thai spent around 20 minutes to trim and cut layers. I loved that he just used his scissors to create layers, you know, some shops would use razor to cut your hair and I do not like that. I loved that the employees always let me know what the next step was, what they would do on my hair, what products they were using (you could see the products on the shelves, using Moroccanoil in a small shop!Love!!). Definitely would come back and recommend for my friends! read more

An affordable and high quality salon! This was my first time dying my whole head, and they got my natural black hair to an ashy brown color without any bleach (in under a couple hours!) and did so in an accommodating and comfortable space! This is my second time coming here and I love it. The first time was for my birthday and they did an amazing job with the color I wanted. I explained how I wanted my hair to look and they executed it perfectly. They walked me through each step and told me what was best for my hair. I came back to this salon with my sister this time and we both absolutely love the end result of our hair !!! I gotten a balayage and my sister dyed her hair a deep cherry red. Out of all the salons I've been to, this is one of the best ones yet! Every worker is so kind, caring, and amazing at what they do. I thought I would have one person take care of me the entire appointment, but all of them did their own part and worked so well together that the final outcome looked like this. I had a lot of questions and details I wanted to focus on when redoing my hair, but all the workers reassured me and gave me insight on the process which made this experience even better. They really care about your hair and are passionate about their job. The salon feels very homey and gives family vibes. Just be prepared that if you're going in for any bleaching service it'll most likely be an all-day thing. But Ai Lin and everybody cares very much about the integrity of your hair and Ai Lin is very realistic about what is achievable for your hair without damaging it too much. Ai Lin works very hard (as does everybody else in this hair salon!) and is very much working on multiple people at once, but does her best to check in. I didn't see her eat or drink water once (hopefully she did!), for the whole time I was there from 10:30-6:30pm. My hair also wasn't lifting in the bottom as we expected to, as I last dyed my hair 5 years ago but we were able to make it work. She also gave me SUCH a good long layered cut! I'm very grateful to have been taken care of by such a thoughtful team and would highly recommend anybody to come here. I'll be coming back for a tone in the summer!

It is a Vietnamese owned shop and they are all very friendly. They prefer cash band they take Zelle as well. They take both appointments and walk ins. With walk ins, they try to sit you in between coloring sessions so that everyone has the same amount of attention. They are very quick and efficient. They have radio music in the back and it's usually throwbacks which is really nice to hear.
