I came here to get my hair curled. The entire process took 4 hours, but it was totally worth it! I really appreciate the advice from the hairstylists about how to maintain my curls and the helpful tips they provided! Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Quick tip: the parking situation is a bit difficult even on a Friday, and their schedule is almost always full on the weekend, so it's best to avoid those days for an appointment... but I know it's easier said than done.

I was text him about that problem but I think that ok - forgot about it not big deal . Until now I have a same problem again , my hair color is split into two different colors after 1 wash . He said I'm not BLEACH my hair that why I got like that , ok . . BLEACH or Not you will know how to fix that . The problem is you used cheap product on my hair , that why the color easy gone after one wash . Your answer doesn't make sense . I have been to many hair salons but never had a case like this. Your salon has ruined my hair twice. Even though you fixed my hair but nothing is better . That why I'm not happy .

I asked for asymmetrical bob. They quickly said yes to the reference photo. Thai cuts my hair and Trang colors it. They helped me decide on Taro Milk Tea color to compliment my skin tone. They also sell affordable purple shampoo and fancy conditioners. Trang walked me thru care process to maximum the taro color. She was super patient with all my questions. Service was friendly, quick, kind, and informative. I have 32 ear piercings and they were super gentle not to hurt me. This is really important because i have left 3 other salons for rough handling. The entire cut and color process took 7.5 hours (2 bleaches, 1 color deposit, and 4 hair washes) because I arrived with long dark brown hair. It was worth the full day. I highly recommend this salon and I will be coming back soon. Appointments are needed because they stay busy. Parking is difficult so be ready. read more

The owner has skill and the prices are reasonable, but the service is awful. Appointments mean absolutely nothing here. Every time I've come in with an appointment, I've been forced to wait. My last visit was the worst. I had an 11:00 a.m. appointment for color and a haircut and arrived early at 10:50. A walk-in customer came in after me with no appointment. At 11:30, the owner decided to take the walk-in first because it was "faster," assuming I would just wait again like always. When I complained, the only response I got was a careless "Sorry." No explanation. No attempt to fix the situation. I walked out at 11:45 after wasting almost an hour of my time. If you are free all day and don't mind waiting, then maybe this place is for you. The owner does have skill, but I value service and respect for my time. Unfortunately, this salon does not provide that. read more

Reasonable prices, good haircuts and root touch ups. Why the 3 stars? I was led to a washing station and as I laid my head in the basin, the stylist started fishing out perm rods! What in the what?! So unsanitary. I sat there for 30 minutes after my appointment as he cut another client's hair. I debated leaving and finally did. Sad, I hoped this would be my go to salon. read more

An affordable and high quality salon! This was my first time dying my whole head, and they got my natural black hair to an ashy brown color without any bleach (in under a couple hours!) and did so in an accommodating and comfortable space! I have been here 3 times and this is the first time I write a review. I had a party upcoming so I wanted to get my hair cut and dyed Asap. I just called and booked an appointment with them 1 day in advance. I showed up on time and they took me in right away (I hate when shops take walk-in customers then delay reserved customers). Thai recommended me to dye my 2 twice to get the red cherry color I wanted (fyi I dyed red 3 times and did not get my hair done for 7 months so my orginal black hair grew out pretty long). He told me the pros and cons of dying hair in one go and two times, then let me decide. While dying my hair, a young lady always asked me how I felt, if the bleach hurt me, checked up on my hair and my timer multiple times. Then Thai spent around 20 minutes to trim and cut layers. I loved that he just used his scissors to create layers, you know, some shops would use razor to cut your hair and I do not like that. I loved that the employees always let me know what the next step was, what they would do on my hair, what products they were using (you could see the products on the shelves, using Moroccanoil in a small shop!Love!!). Definitely would come back and recommend for my friends! read more

This is my second time coming here and I love it. The first time was for my birthday and they did an amazing job with the color I wanted. I explained how I wanted my hair to look and they executed it perfectly. They walked me through each step and told me what was best for my hair. I came back to this salon with my sister this time and we both absolutely love the end result of our hair !!! I gotten a balayage and my sister dyed her hair a deep cherry red. The service was a 10 out of 10 both my sister and I. If you are looking for a haircut, dye or a simple wash, you should definitely come here :)) read more

Anyways, It felt very rushed. Bangs are too short and look choppy. One side of my bangs are longer than the other. Hair has hardly any layers and when I look at the ends I see her define cuts. Probably the worst haircut I've ever had. I've been tying my hair and clipping the bangs up until it grows.

Unfortunately, most of the other times I visited, the staff seemed somewhat unfriendly. Yesterday, I brought both my daughter and my son in for haircuts. The salon did not seem very busy, so I asked if chị Hiền could cut my daughter's hair. She was busy, so I said anyone could take care of my kids. From the beginning, it felt like no one wanted to do children's haircuts. I'm not sure if it's because kids' haircuts are priced lower, but several stylists kept saying, "I have an appointment next" or "I'm busy." Eventually, one stylist agreed to cut my daughter's hair, and the front desk asked me to wait about 20 minutes for my son's haircut. I was perfectly happy to wait. However, the haircut itself was disappointing. Even my 8-year-old could tell it looked nothing like the reference photo we showed. He was just doing it the way he wanted despite I clearly told him what I wanted for my daughter's hair After waiting about 30 minutes while my daughter's haircut was being done, the front desk again asked if anyone could cut my son's hair. Once again, several stylists said they were busy or had customers. At that point I was frustrated and said, "That's okay, I don't need it anymore." What made it worse was that as I was leaving, I noticed a couple of stylists standing around without clients instead of helping with my son's haircut. I can honestly say that I've visited this salon three times, I tip generously, and I've never been picky. If you're considering this salon for children's haircuts, I would recommend looking elsewhere. In my experience, they do not seem to specialize in little boys' haircuts, and some of the staff are not particularly kid-friendly unless you already have a favorite stylist. Because of this experience, I don't think I'll be returning.

I showed her an inspo photo, and she completely nailed it--the multi-dimensional red and rose tones came out absolutely stunning, and the blend is completely seamless. I am always amazed by Cô Thoa's memory. Even though I only visit once a year, she never forgets me and treats me just like family. She knows I prefer low-maintenance hair, so she customizes the color so it grows out beautifully without harsh lines (perfect for my lazy upkeep!). Her prices are incredibly reasonable, and her quality is unmatched. Whether you want a quick trim or a complex color change, Cô Thoa is the absolute best! Love her!

I'm not someone who loves to chit chat so I had an amazing experience just watching this artist do her thing. I came in with an old balayage - it was grown out half way through my hair length. I also have very curly hair which is naturally dry and I left with new, healthy, shiny, protected hair. They even gave me a blow out and curled at the end of the session. A lot of my friends recommended me to come get my hair done here so I gave them a try and oh my god best decision ever! They really go above and beyond at taking care of your hair, not like other salons i went to they really cared about my hair and gave me suggestions on what is best and healthy to do for my hair to have minimal damage. I wanted to go really blonde but from my hair current stage it wasn't possible to go that light but chi Trang and anh Thai tried their best and made me lighter without a lot of damage and i ended up walking out with the perfect milk tea hair color. They also give you tips on aftercare at home and how to maintain the color. I just came back today to tone my hair after 3 months and my hair still look so healthy and good after months even with the roots grown! The staff are incredibly kind and amazing, they truly make you feel taken care of throughout your appointment.
