He was on time, had a positive attitude, and did everything he could to help us try to find where the leak was coming from. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because the service call was scheduled a week out from the time we called. Craig showed up 20 minutes after I called about a tenant having a bad faucet in another property. Had it changed out in 10 minutes with a brand new one. Tenant was overjoyed, I was very satisfied. Craig even did some extra work, not necessarily plumbing for me when I couldn't get a contractor out to the place I was working on. I could not recommend Anderson Plumbing more, they are FANTASTIC!

I tried to contact a Sedalia plumber to no avail. I tried until Monday, when I decided to call the Anderson Plumbing Co. His wife answered the phone & when I explained my emergency, her husband came out asap. I had no water, other than the lake under my house. He immediately discovered the problem, took photos of the old pipes, & drew a diagram of what needed to be done. He took care of the needed permit, he contacted the city to have the water turned off, and he arranged for the digging machine...all in a short time so he could immediately start work on replacing my old galvanized pipes. By the next late afternoon the job was completed & he has a very happy customer! I'm telling everyone, who will listen, what a good, fast job Mr. Anderson did for me.

Because of this, one has to wait and hope that one is home when they can come by. 2. $80 for a service call no matter what. This does not include any routine maintenance/servicing. I called because the a/c was blowing hot like a heater, it was a thermostat wiring problem that took 5 minutes to fix. I get it, they are a business, but $80 to fix that? 3. They performed a visual inspection of my heat pump and reported that is was very clean for its age, no worries! But...I had to have another hvac company come out the next week because my a/c worked, but not very well. Turns out my heat pump was very dirty and freezing over! Can't believe this company didn't catch it, I'll never have business with them again. C&J Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling will be my go-to from here on out.

I hired in with this company 4/7/25. They did not have the I- 9, a way for me to clock in or out,…read moreno employee handbook with company rules and policies at day one of my start date. Every business is required to post state and federal rules for hourly rate employees. There are none posted anywhere. The owner Joe makes up rules in order to suite his company's unwritten rules and policies. They are very disorganized. And their communications lack professional standards. Most of the employees are from AB May Plumbing. There is little regard for OSHA work place safety standards, pulling permits, following uniform code standards. Just get the job done, collect the money and get out of there. They are really good at being fake with people and will tell you everything you want to hear just to get a customer to sign on the dotted line. I spent an entire day waiting for a ladder tall enough to reach a certain height at a customers home. What happened was placing a ladder on top of saw houses. A water line was placed next to an electric outlet. By code that outlet needed a GFCI protection. Joe played dumb when I told him. I did how ever informed that customer. If this is how they treat their employees. They certainly rip off their customers with very high labor and materials with a huge mark up of 100 to 200 % if not more. To support their other endeavors such as raising cattle and pigs. Harley Davidson motor cycles. He may say I'm a disgruntled employee. Let me tell you. I owed and operated my own plumbing company. I have many years of experience, many certifications, continue education courses. I caught him in lies and fabricated stories. He even made up some story I never said in order to flip the script or defect the attention off him and back on me. I had to get the Holden police involved to get my tools back. He told the police lies that I was threatening him and other employees. I only threatened him with the department of labor state and federal level, Code enforcement rules and regulations, and OSHA work place safety standards. All I wanted was my tools and Todd, His other employee, and him would not make arrangements to get me my tools so I could do the job I was hired for. The BNI ( Business Networking Group) was way more important than me getting my tools back so I could do my job. Joe's management skills are definitely something less than " Professional" his only goal is his wallet. I have so much experience and education. I had a job that same day he fired me. A word to the wise. Check your contractor out. Make sure they are authorized to work in your County jurisdiction with a business license in each country Pickle Plumbing operates. Make sure you inform code enforcement in your county. Code enforcement is there to protect you the customer and to make sure the job is done right.

With a 5 year old and 2 dogs I was worried about going in to the weekend with no AC. She told me they would be out from 3-5 that afternoon. Weston was here about 3:30 and surveyed the situation......looks like a snake decided to wrap itself around my fan motor shaft...took it apart, tested the motor which ended up bad. Great, now what?.....no problem since he had one on the truck. Replaced it, tested system after the install, and AC was back up and running by 5. Thanks again!
