Their selection is staggering, with rows and rows of boots for men women and children. Some boots are better suited for work, some more fashionable, but they're all high quality with a good range of price points. The pairs I was eyeing ranged from $143 to $260, but they did have pairs for upwards of $400. The store was clean, well stocked, and well organized with friendly and helpful staff. I had no trouble finding my size for most of the boots I tried on. The shop offers lots of other items besides boots including suede fringe jackets, furs, leather, hats, sandals, jewelry, candles (Smell These Nuts - it smells amazing), weather treatments for the boots, lollipops with worms and scorpions in them, as well as nick knacks and souvenirs. I ended up leaving with a beautiful pair of boots from the Corral company and a pair of silver earrings with coral and turquoise. I didn't get a chance to weatherproof them before my darling boyfriend decided to drag me through the bottom of the hill on headliner night at Jamboree in the Hills. Ahem. We are still together, but I did spend about 30 minutes lovingly cleaning them to restore them to their luster, and these are some durable boots. The tone of the conversation changed when I was met with a condescending and scolding attitude from their employee for not calling sooner. I called to confirm they were open and able to receive the package. This was a legitimate question. I didn't have to call in advance last time they received a ffl item for me. When I explained that, they told me they will refuse the delivery now and to have the item shipped somewhere else. Refusing to accept a customer's already-shipped transfer item out of spite because they didn't like how the conversation ended is not professionalism, it's retaliation. Exercising this option reflects poorly on how they handle conflict and customer relationships.

I was told "you don't have to buy anything, just come back and visit". He was genuinely interested in our convo about hifi audio and never once pushed me to buy anything specific. Current businesses here include Gabe's (off-price department store), Tractor Supply Company, Oil and Gas Safety Supply, Y&Z Nail Spa, MedExpress Urgent Care, CosmoProf (professional salon products), Keller Williams Realty, Katsur Dental, Comcast, Pool City, First Federal Bank, Outback Steakhouse, and Taco Bell. A couple of storefronts are vacant and are being advertised for rent. I am giving this shopping center a neutral 3-star rating because I am interested in being a customer of only a couple of the businesses, the Gabe's and the Outback Steakhouse. During my recent visit, I easily found a parking space for my vehicle.
