This year I was looking for a new belt to surprise my partner for his birthday. He stated that he wanted a full-grain leather belt, but I was unsure what that meant. Remembering the few times I visited this store, I called Dennis and he was happy to patiently walk through all of my questions on leather types, sizing, and engravement. I was also concerned that the order would not arrive on time as I was leaving the state soon and he made sure to get my order finished and sent within a day. Lastly, I cannot overstate how much my partner loved the belt, the quality, sizing, width, and finish were all extremely high quality and the price was so much more affordable than all those mass-produced leather goods sold by large fashion corporations (most of which are not quality leather). She suggested that we visit the brand new Weaver Leather store in Millersburg, Ohio. Having previously visited one of their competitor's leather stores in Massachusetts, the Weaver store was a better experience in every way. It had the rich aroma of fine leather, well-organized, wide arrays of leather types, cuts, tools, sample projects, hardware, leather sewing machines and more. I received a great deal of patience and help from a young woman named Elle who answered my many questions with both knowledge and good cheer. I recommend that you stop in to their store if you get a chance to do so. It was an amazing experience!

Picked up the supposedly repaired shoes for $30.00 and they appear to have never been touched. When I called the guy, he was so rude that I lost my temper with him. I left a jacket there to have the zipper fixed so I told him not to touch that and to just throw the jacket away. He will not refund my money because he expects me to drive 1.5 hours round trip so he can look at them. Told him I do not want him touching anything else of mine as it is obvious he is refusing to take any responsibility for the issue. So he just ripped me off for $30.00. I think the tax department should be advised of this guy's 'cash only' business.
