He will not refund my money because he expects me to drive 1.5 hours round trip so he can look at them. Told him I do not want him touching anything else of mine as it is obvious he is refusing to take any responsibility for the issue. So he just ripped me off for $30.00. I think the tax department should be advised of this guy's 'cash only' business.
