The chips/fries here are a fail. The nothingness of the skinny fries or the pale not quite crispness of the chunky fries don't leave much of a dilemma. I avoid. As is par for the course in a restaurant that narrowly misses the mark, the service is mostly excellent; the staff is warm and friendly. That is worth the visit. The food is a buffet - I didn't eat it, but it didn't look to me especially appetising. I didn't notice that it was topped up very often (or, indeed at all) in the hour I was there. Now, I'm from the States originally, and have visited Baltimore on more than once occasion. I have no idea what exactly makes this establishment resemble Baltimore even a little. There is a very large car park, which is just as well, as there is nothing else there to draw visitors. Not recommended.
