Great spot for a lively night out with friends!…read more One word of caution: the environment was a bit challenging. The dance floor/bar area is right next to the dining area, and the music and crowd are loud. We ate here later in the evening around 8pm and honestly I don't really care that it's loud, but just be aware before you head there in the evening. All in all, the food was enjoyable and fun. I had a vegetarian pasta dish, which was tasty and combined some cool flavors. The bar was a blast! Lots of fun dancing and interesting people. The space is really nice and the bartenders were attentive. I recommend stopping by here if you're in east London, you won't be disappointed!

I went with my husband and 20 months old daughter and the staff were brilliant with her. She received crayons and papers and enjoyed all the attention they gave her. We booked ahead for this place, as it was a Saturday. But we were still made to wait at the back of a long queue, behind everyone who had walked in. After half an hour, we finally got seated upon a rather dirty makeshift table, which partially blocked the exit. It wouldn't have bothered me so much if our server hadn't run into our extended table every time he passed. Our server also had no idea about the things what we were ordering, and had to keep reading the menu - that's fine, he could be new. But then we come to the food. Firstly, the waiting time was catastrophic. If you can't cope with so many people, stop seating them in the aisle! The food itself was largely inconsistent. We received one cold starter, then five minutes later a hot one. And out of five of us, only one enjoyed their main. The rest of us found it either burned, cold, or completely the wrong order. The one thing I will say is that it is good for families, and parties, but for what you will pay per head, you can find much better quality in the area. For everyone else, bare in mind you will have to listen to the brain-numbing happy birthday song every ten minutes.

You're usually seated straight away, the staff are friendly and polite and check in on you from time to time. The food is brilliant. It's well cooked and you certainly get what you pay for. It can get really busy at times (on the evening and at weekends for example) so the wait can be rather annoying.

The waiting staff have always been courteous, and through some very busy rush hours, have still been prompt and helpful. The food here is cooked to a high standard, and generally there is a more 'individual' feel here. Recommended!
