My personal trainer created a great program that perfectly suits my body's characteristics and would boast the best results in the shortest period of time. The activity I enjoy the most is the aquaerobics followed by a deep tissue massage. The facility and the equipment are state of the art and the membership deals are quite affordable to anyone. I mistakenly chose the next nearest branch located in Wimbledon where they claim to be a tier 1 location but offer little to none of the quality of services the previous branch did. Staff have been arrogant and rude from the start and even though I was moved from another branch they raised the price of my membership. They do not offer parking, have reduced space for the amount of people they allow in, no jacuzzi facilities and poor customer service. But they justify the raise in price by the location. I had tried to appeal to cancel this membership giving the situation that I was uncomfortable with the new service I experienced but still forced to pay another month. Raised a complaint but no reply was given. This place is a joke in my opinion robbing you of your hard earned money. Do not join!

He took no account of what we wanted, was chatting at length to other people while we were supposedly getting the tour, and was both painfully slow in responding to questions and very aggressive in his answers. The facility itself looked ok, but not for the price. They want a 12 month contract at £73 per person (that's their so called Corporate rate, pure sales ploy since everyone is offered this). There is also a joining fee of £180 per person which they might bring down to £40. There is no family membership rate despite suposedly being family friendly. So all in if you join with your partner you're making almost £1,800 committment for the year. Honestly I don't think it commands that price. I didn't bother asking about the parking fees or what happens if you try to end the contract within 12 months.

The studio offers a range of classes from barre, Pilates, yoga, TRX, and much more. The classes always seem full and all of the instructors I have had have been good. The studio is decorated adorably and they have any equipment you would need (i.e. no need to bring your own yoga mat). They have a really great unlimited package for under 25's which gives you access to everything at a very reasonable price. Everyone at the studio is very friendly and welcoming my only complaint would be that the instructors are not extremely hands-on but the classes are normally quite full so it's understandable. I highly recommend anyone in West London to check out Paola's for fun classes with good music in a studio with great atmosphere.
