I've not yet done a class but the schedule is good. Opening times are great and super flexible. Not cheap but you do get what you pay for!

The equipment is ancient, most people in reception are rude and useless. Apparently a million…read morepounds has been spent on the club but you won't notice this in the gym. I can tell my old gym was a part of a University and there equipment was about 7 years newer. The sales staff only care about their commission, once they got your money they don't care at all. the only good thing I can say is that I have met one very kind and knowledgeable trainer.

I have a personal trainer Joss Boyle literally he has helped me by being confident and I am now thinking positively about everything. I have lost weight as hes been training me. Joss Boyle is one of those people who will give time to clients by listening to what they want. He makes the training session fun and motivates. I really appreciate Joss Boyle with the help hes given me he is such a nice down to earth guy. Thanks AG

Jemma's calm, positive, knowledgeable & fun sessions were just what we needed. I feel so much more confident now, inside & outside the house and especially when we are walking around the park. Jemma was always happy to discuss any of my concerns and the training was always tailored to Poppy's needs. The weekly reports were extremely helpful to refeyback to.
