Checked out Yelp (thanks) I took a chance on getting a ride to my hotel. Prompt answer around 1am and arrived just before promised. Edward called to give me a heads-up and efficiently delivered me to the hotel. Rick likewise had great communication to return me to the airport later. Neither of these trips were planned well in advanced but Red Raider Rides made my pick-up appointment with a smile and a cheerful attitude. When in the area and needing a ride they will be the first (likely last and only) call to get where I need to be. Thank you Edward and Rick for refreshing customer service. UPDATE 9MAR18 I've used them at least a half dozen times since the original review as have some of my co-workers. Some for rides to Monahans. Today's experience: I was picked up a minute before my appointed time. Always great service. Always available when I need a ride to or from the airport. They take appointments and keep them, not something that's universal in West Texas.

I explained to him my situation and he got me there, again, earlier than expected. Edward was fantastic and the service helped me in a moment of crisis when I almost missed my flight home. Turned out that this guy was nice as can be and he sent someone to pick me up at the airport with in 15 minutes. The guy who picked me up had been driving cabs in Midland for 14 years and didn't seem to mind putting up with my chatty post flight babble. He was a very sweet guy and I wasn't scared at all driving down the dark and dusty road we had to travel to find where I was going. A piece of advice from the lady who sat next to me while we both waited for our rides...the drivers can take credit cards but would rather not because they get charged per use so they'll tell you their card reader is broken. Just remember to bring cash and you'll both leave happy. Thanks for getting me to my destination safe!

Great if you're out with a bunch of friends having a good time, but not a viable choice for business folks. Moore's limo had a standard SUV so I sent an email late one evening. Within a few minutes I had a return email and a booked reservation. The driver was great. The owner was great. Communication was fantastic and the rate was very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them if we come through the area again. When you're managing a private jet trip, ground transportation is a big deal. You can make the flight absolutely perfect and if the car isn't ready or the driver stinks than that's what your client will remember.

There is also a business office here to purchase tickets. Customer service was professional but came off careless. Although having an indoor station makes for a safer experience, I did notice homeless and/or suspicious people wandering around the station that didn't appear to be customers. Considering Odessa is considered one of the top violent cities in Texas, I would like to see at least a security officer for a stop like this. Overall, I don't suggest staying at this Greyhound stop longer than needed.
