When I arrived at the bus station, I was told that my bus had already left. My iphone automatically synchs to the local time zone, so that means that the bus left ahead of schedule. Ok, so I have to wait for the next bus which won't be here for another several hours. No big deal, it gives me time to charge my phone right? So I'm sitting in the hall, minding my own business, not bothering anybody, when one of two behemoth women comes over and tells me my time limit is up for charging my phone. There's two other outlets available, so this couldn't have been an excuse for someone else wanting to use them. Nowhere in the station is this supposed rule posted. When I approach the counter to ask to see the policy, both whales nastily reply that the station is privately owned and that the manager made the policy. I'm thinking... Why? To save electricity? Ok, I get that. So I move to one of the benches and both of these fatties are parked on their ample butts, glued to a tv set. Really? Is that what this energy conscious owner pays you to do? I later asked them if they could turn the heat up. Hello! It's December! There's snow outside and the large windows do nothing to keep the heat in! Apparently this too was too much to ask, and Shamu quickly went back to her overly loud movie. Avoid this station.
