Today's Review is about Complete Fire's Insurance Company…read moreTravelers Insurance and their Company Agent "bad attitude" and very unprofessional Tasha Jefferson, who stated "I've denied your Claim Twice". Travelers denied my claim 3hrs after the accident stating the comments that their driver gave was, he was pushed into me, after informing her the Polic report hadn't even come out yet, she stated "We Don't Use Police Reports" we go by what our client says. After 45 days I was contacted by GM Cory at Complete Fire for all the details and was given Ms. Johnson Contact information. Ms. Johnson and Complete Fires GM Cory on a Group call stated that Ms. Johnson had the power to overturn my claim if I would just give her the police report. I stated then that I was tired of playing games with this company, as how can you deny a claim such as this without a police report in the first place. After those statements Complete Fires Ownership was served with Court Documents, I guess now you will need a Police Report! I highly do not recommend Travelers Insurance Company or Agents. I have 6-12 months before a court date I will continue to tell the story until that time is set, as there is a whole lot more to this story so stay tuned! Sincerely,

Josh from Complete Fire called me back promptly and we talked through my needs. He said because the job was small he would try to find someone that could sneak me in. I had a very specific time I needed to meet the following day and they accommodated me. Josh told me Paul would call me about an hour before arriving the next day. Literally exactly one hour prior to the time I scheduled, Paul called to verify 2:30 was still good for me. I told him 3:00 might actually be better. He said that would be no problem. (Seriously?!?! I was already impressed). Paul texted a few minutes before 3:00 to let me know he was out front and ready whenever I was. Paul was phenomenal. Listen, I knew we were calling him out for a pretty silly reason. He surely knew it, too. He was patient, informative, efficient, and an excellent communicator. He basically gave me a full tutorial of our sprinkler system in addition to the simple repair. By the way, the quick work he did looked better than all the rest of the sprinklers in our house. Then the craziest part of all- I was prepared to pay quite a bit for very simple work but they didn't even want to charge me for the easy stuff. Paul graciously declined my cash tip offer as well. Paul is just a flat-out great guy. Complete Fire Protection is just a flat-out great company. Keep it up, folks!
