Are holding our account hostage and not letting us change monitoring companies. Are charging us…read moreoutrageous fees and telling us that for $125/hour they can have someone come out and "reset the panel." They say they don't have the pass code, so then how do they intend on resetting it, when no one else including the mfg. of the panel can tell our fire tech how to reset it. They are holding out for more money instead of giving us what is rightfully ours. Also there only appears to be a couple of people working there and they are giving us the run around and being terribly unprofessional.
