They don't test games before they put them on the shelf. Spent over $100 dollars here on Merch, just to get home and test it and nothing works. Customer service was terrible and offered no resolution other than "sorry it's a used game".. read more

Went here with my father. I was looking around on one end while he was a little ways off to the side looking at some other things. He was looking at some briefcase looking thing that I guess is used for carrying an xbox one. He opens it and some cheap piece of plastic sitting on the shelf behind it falls over, but he caught it before it hit the ground. This is a low shelf, mind you. So if it did fall, it wouldn't suffer damage. As he puts it back, the first emplyee chimes in and asks, rather snark-like "You done breaking things?" to which my father responded "I guess so." Then the rude woman who was also working there added "Maybe you should consider asking for assistance before you try to open something?" At this point, I jumped in and responded "Maybe you should consider not being so condescending to a customer for an accident." She tried to reply "I don't think that was very neccessary" but I cut her off and said "And I don't think you talking down to a customer is neccessary, but we got to hear that, now didn't we?" And we walked out. This is a second hand game store. Your product is already old and used. Yet you act like a case falling from a low shelf will be the end of the world. Will never do business here again. Consider looking for better employees who don't spend their shifts hanging out with friends and talk down to customers for accidents. read more

The people who work there are rude. They hang out with their friends and make shitty remarks when I opened a used carrying case to see how much room it had inside. I bumped a another case that was hanging over the edge of the shelf, but caught it in midair. Both employees made sarcastic remarks about breaking a high impact plastic case, which is dumb. The rudest woman I have ever encountered as a store employee told me in the most condensending tone to "not open anything without first asking for assistance next time". I understand it's a mom and pop store and not a national chain. So reporting them would do no good. Then there's Yelp. If you are thinking about visiting an overpriced game store with 30 year old junk labeled RETRO and you want to be talked down to, this is your place. Did I mention how rude the ass hats who work there are? Did I mention that I'm a full grown employed man who can afford to buy anything I might accidentally break? But, I doubt I could break high impact plastic without truly trying. read more
