Almost has the nostalgic of walking into a blockbuster. To fye credit they have adapted somewhat with the times. While they do sale they above things listed just much more scaled back. As they have always been fye is still on the pricey side and even there sales aren't good prices. I've had mixed to declining results and, with this last visit, I am done! The customer service has always been weak and now I'm at the breaking point. Because I have limited time each visit, I try to email a list of what I'm looking for in advance. Management either doesn't check their email or simply don't care. Last week, I called twice and unfortunately got the same person who thoroughly discouraged emailing in favor of coming in because "it would be easier" and "they don't have time to look." Easier for whom? Certainly not the returning costomer. Since they're close to the airport and I had time, I stopped in anyway on Fri. I spoke with who I believe to be the owner and he also wasn't too interested in making time to check books that he said he had in the back that were recently purchased. They were apparently getting ready for a sale the next day and possibly making a sale in the moment was clearly not that important. They made a copy of my list, took my name and number and said they would check. I made it clear that I was leaving Mon, today. As of 1:00, no call. So I called the store. The clerk who answered has no idea I'm talking about and was very dismissive, and the owner isn't there until tomorrow. They don't talk their employees anymore than their customers. So, that's it. I've had it with them and won't be going back even if they had the hardest to find book on my list. One of the worst shops I've ever been to for customer service. Shame on me for having given them multiple chances to do right.

I have had a very long drawn out time period with this company trying to get a resolution to the…read moredamage done to my home. I had a couple of hairline cracks, which I have had for years. They had been checked out and we were told they were just a couple of settlement cracks nothing to be concerned about. This company came videoed my home then the blasting started. My home shook and the rumbling was awful for weeks and weeks. I found a lot of new cracks, that were not there before. I am kind if a clean freak with my dust buddy and all and just kept finding cracks. Long story short, I have now gotten my decision letter from them and it is denied that they caused anything. It is a letter of alot of measurements and who pioneered this measurement and whatever else. In conclusion they let me know that THESE CRACKS WERE ALL MY PREVIOUS CRACKS. Most are so obvious that the video person could have seen them as she did our 2 other cracks and made mention in the recording. This is all so petty but definitely a company with no "balls". They knew they could word this job to death and not be responsible for anything. I am not stopping with this review, I am looking for other avenues to explore for my repairs. My husband passed away in the middle of their procrastination, but he asked me to finish this and not let them just walk away. I am trying!
