The restoration service recommended Kip and his crew, and I couldn't be happier! We live in a townhouse, so there is not a ton of cabinet space, but Kip was able to redesign the layout slightly and make the best use of the space we have (and within the budget we were able to work with). I would absolutely recommend Advance Cabinetry to anyone!

I highly recommend Rob Smith and Robaj. My spouse and I moved from the city to a remote house in…read morethe beautiful Smokey Mountains in July with having part of our land fenced as a top priority. We were very concerned that our city dogs wouldn't understand the neighborhood bears didn't want to play. Rob was recommended by our realtor for his quality of work and honest estimates. Rob began working with us prior to the closing of the house so we would be able to get the project moving as soon after our closing day as possible. As he was very familiar with the terrain, we were able to collaborate with Rob in designing a fence that would work both practically and aesthetically while still living over 400 miles away. It gave us such peace of mind to know we wouldn't have to contest with that decision amidst all of the other decisions that come with moving into a new house. Rob was able to come to our house very shortly after we moved in and provided us with an estimate that coincided what we had thought the project should cost. Within a couple weeks of closing, Rob was at our house installing a beautiful fence. If you recall, July 2017's weather was less than conducive to working outdoors. However, the rain and oppressive heat/ humidity didn't slow down nor delay Rob one bit. He, remarkably, finished on time and 100% on budget! While being on time and on budget is more than enough to keep us happy, what really set Rob apart from the crowd was his additional love and attention to our two dogs, who sat on our deck "supervising" Rob's every move. By the 3rd day, our pups would jump up and run to the deck, tails wagging, when they heard Rob's truck coming up the drive. Watching Rob interact with the doggos gave me confidence that he understood how important it was to keep them safe and that his work would reflect that concern. We will use Rob and Robaj again should the need arise and would recommend him to friends and family in a heartbeat.

He threw fencing at a contractors dog while working here witnessed by several people. He built our fence 2-10 inches off the ground- why have a fence? This guy is nothing but an unprofessional liability who will not man up and take any level of accountability. He is not safe to have around a home with pets or kids. We wish we knew how incompetent he was, but it is our fault for trusting him. He claimed he made 27k last year, which means we were one of his only clients or that he is a flat out liar, neither one which you would want working for you.

I guess 100 meters pools really aren't 100 meters in the Olympics if Sun stuff were to build them. Spa is lopsided. There is 1" more water in the left side to the right. When the size and pitch was questioned at time of concrete form. I was told that they had so much experience I didn't need to worry. After several payments( Over $20000) not much was done to the spa. When another payment was asked for I insisted and the contract reads "work must be ongoing and consistent." Sun stuff disappeared and left the spa sitting for the icy part of the winter. No protection was used. After listening to a Sun Stuff sub complaining about having to lie to customers, collect checks knowing they weren't coming back and making promises they couldn't keep. The sub contractor was promptly terminated. God knows you don't want the customers to know how you are going to be hosed. Jumping ahead after many problems in May the spa had its pebble finish installed. The smaller than contracted, lopsided spa almost looking like it would be completed. This was until we filled it. First leak was an extra hole in the concrete the contractor made but leads to nowhere. The second leak is still unknown and not repaired. This leak is probably from a cracked pipe under all the new stone patios. The spa leaks 2" inches of water per day. Half of the spa jets stuck out from the plaster walls because the PVC was not set level. This was to be expected the spa wasn't level so why would the jets be. The plaster company returned and re-set the jets and patched the hole to nowhere. Today I have a leaking spa with plaster that looks patched in seven spots. The spa is missing parts and Peter Phelps is on to bend another customer over for the kill. I didn't mention that this company got an arbitrator to protect himself. I agreed to the arbitrator agreement to get the spa done. Sun Stuff violated their own agreement and the arbitrator fired Sun Stuff and Peter Phelps. I guess Peter knows the spa will never be right so his attitude is to move on. Before you have any work done from this company please ask Peter to explain this job to you. I will be happy to make available pictures, contracts, inspection reports and emails to support that this company could possibly be the worst or the worst is Western NC Show less

Once the delivery was made we were 100% satisfied. On this occasion, which began three months ago, blown mulch delivery has been months behind schedule. The manager has been apologetic, but I'm left wondering why we signed a contract. Once the mulch is delivered and spread I'm sure we'll be satisfied. It's just a shame how this unfolding. I've been extremely patient and understanding, but I'm considering finding an alternate company. As far as I know Carolina Mulch is the only blown mulch company in the area.
