Great selection of books - cleverly arranged to peak your interest but when several (ok 2) employees walk past you several times without even trying to make eye contact - and nobody asks if you are looking for anything in particular - but employees are more focused on setting displays and getting ready for an author who is arriving in a few days.... they were not outright rude but bordering on it -I felt like I was intruding - not what I expect from a small, local store. It has since been completely overhauled and renamed by Rediscovered Bookshop in downtown. As a children's book writer, I'm also an avid collector of children's picture books. Once and Future offers a great selection of gently used books at bargain prices. For example, I found a signed copy of Whoopi Goldberg's book Alice for an incredible bargain price of $6! (Granted, it's personalized "Thank You, Samantha!" in gold lettering, but I'm ok with that!) There are all sorts of nooks and crannies to discover treasures galore, plus lots of book-lover novelties such as bookends, stickers and buttons. Check this place out, I'm sure you'll love it! There is ample parking in the back lot, don't get a ticket by parking on the street.
